I love how many different ways you can get in. The lock works Fabulous! I really like the ease of getting in with the key cards. Makes it so much easier when you have a baby or groceries in your arms. It's very nice and sleek looking. I've had many compliments. It works great. I would highly recommend to anyone! Totally worth the money!

I moved to a new condo and installed this on my door. It works well and as advertised, and I love I can give a temporary card to scan to the people who come to do repairs etc.It might all be user error, but I'm not having complete success with all of the features, and I find the instructions for those features to be a little vague. The app, for instance, isn't capturing all entries. I haven't figured out why. The setting that locks the door a specific time after unlocking the door is great, but it's stuck on 5 seconds regardless of what I choose.Regardless, this is a good looking door lock system with a nice variety of methods of entry. It's worked well.

I'm so pleased with this fingerprint lock set. It looks and operates exactly as described on the site. When ready to set up app go to playstore and download the app TTLock and the you can register the lock and set up your features. You're going to love it! Easy access to your home but keeps you safely locked in or out! NO WORRIES!

Very difficult to use. There’s no instructions on how to use any of the functions. I wanted this for the easy access that it states it has but it’s nowhere near. It took me about 5 min to unlock the door after inputting the code I get up didn’t work I finally opened it wit the app after a couple tries. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Even a girl can install :) … love this lock highly recommend. Looks great also love the little key cards .

Based on reviews we saw on this product. We purchase this because it looks pretty stylish but the only issue it has it’s not setting up easily that’s why i gave 3 stars
