Bike arrived promptly. Fairly easy to assemble. Slight problem with defect in tire tube, which manufacturer quickly took care of. Really good value for the money

Got this for my 13year old son, he loves it. Easy to assemble and the style is really cool. Great bike for the price.

Update: Seller proactively refunded us upon seeing my original review. As such, I've adjusted their rating higher because of their customer service.--------------Bike came in a good strong carton. Instructions are a little difficult but, if you watch the video tutorial, then it's much easier to add the front wheel.Unfortunately, within less than 2 weeks, the front tire deflated. The tire had thorns from riding on trails which popped the inner tube. For being a mountain bike, I would have expected more durable tires.Now, we need to spend extra money to get better tires and replace the inner tube.

This bike came exactly as expected and right in time. It was easy to building and it is nice to ride. Comfort wise I would give it a 7, I think It needs cushion for the seat but it is ok for the price

Quite disappointing but somewhat expected for online purchasing a bike.The frame actually does seem quite sturdy and although the gears are obviously pretty low-quality, they do the job and I haven't had any issues with the chain coming off even when switching through multiple gears quickly.However, both wheels came untrue (off-axis) and half the front tire is extremely bulged while the back one is mildly bulged. Brand new, the bike was completely unrideable and after 50$ of truing both wheels at my local repair shop, it is still difficult to ride because of the bulging tires so I'm likely going to have to replace those as well. Don't waste your money. If you really need/want a bike, just get a cheap one at your local bike shop. Even their cheapest bike is better than this garbage that you'll spend about as much money repairing when it's brand new as you spent on it in the first place.

Good overall for price. Bad things seat is hard and uncomfortable recommend gel cover, hand grips hard on hands. Brake handles Cincy plastic make brake in future. Chain is thin could be thicker. Good things are strong frame and suspension. Gears switch easily and smoothly. Nice paint job and tires. Easy assembly took 30 mins could been faster but I took my time to ensure everything was right and brakes needed adjustment. Also kickstand could be a little better and front tire is a slightly not true but you get what you pay for

I took a week to look for a bike and settled on this one. This model is a nice mid-grade mountain bike! Bike came 90% assembled. The rest took about an hour, only because I took my time with each step. Really, could have been done in 20-30 minutes. Instructing said all these other tools would be needed, however, I did it all with the tools it came with. Had to install handle-bars, peddles, seat, and front tire (No kidding, that was it!). Then adjust brakes, double check everything is properly installed and tightened, done. Not sure of exact weight but I can easily pick it up with 1 hand. Small issue, front rim looks a little (very little) warped. Not enough to notice while riding, may need spoke adjustment if I decided to be picky. Under $200 delivered, worth it and I would recommend this for any teen/ adult looking for an affordable yet highly functional bike.

The bike went together easily. It rides well, shifts good. The front wheel wobbled a bit but the seller was willing to send me another bike and not require I send the first one back. I told him that was unnecessary. I bought a 6 dollar spoke wrench here on Amazon and fixed it myself. I've never trued a bike wheel before, but it wasn't that difficult to get it pretty close. He covered the cost of the wrench. It was a good learning experience, actually.
