It’s vibrate and makes little noise but good for kids to use for nebulising. My sister and brother using this product more than 3-5 years so I ordered same for me.

New package. Apart from the box everything was in sealed packets. Works like a charm. Initially I tried using different brand mask 😷 kit. Didn’t work for reason. Use only omron kit with omron machine (a tip) . Happy with product and performance 👍

Had bought this for my daughter as she used to get chest congestion during the cold. Was using an earlier one but the recovery used to take long as the nebulization rate and particle size was not optimal. The particle was large and was not going into the lungs. After some research understood this concept of the need for smaller particle size so that it can go well into the inner areas of lungs. Then decided to switch to this and the recovery this time was fast as the medicine was effectively reaching the inner areas.The machine itself is very compact and less noisier than the one I had. It is easy to pack and keep or even to setup. Overall the experience was very good.Omron in general has been reliable for their medical equipment. Had bought a BP measuring device for my parents and the accuracy of that prompted me to go for this one amongst the many available ones in the market.You might get more cheaper ones but look for the particle size, nebulisation rate and output rate and go with one that suits you most.
