Extremely satisfied with it's functionality
An Excellent pump for the price. It has standard NPTF ports for fittings (3/4" outlet line side, 1-1/4" suction side). It was easy to install and I was able to use my previous pump's arrangement of fittings. The electrical connections and pressure switch were easy to install as well.The pump is very quite, and produces enough head pressure for a shallow well installation.I'm glad I bought it!

Pump works well, but threads leak.
Bought this for my house as we have something similar outside to pump water into a holding tank. It's quieter than my old jet pump and appreciate the extra power. The only problem I see is that the threads are a bit loose and tape wasn't enough. Perhaps it's not designed for iron pipes? Anyway, I just put caulk around the threads and let it sit for a couple of days.

Just cycles on/off 2 times a second then heats up and shuts down
I installed this to have a shower from a water tank. Installation was easy. It does give good pressure even though it is in short bursts. It would be a great value if it worked. Looks great. Home Depot sells the same pump for $100 more. I think I received a defective unit. Hate to give it one star but this is just my experience. I did not drop it or bang it. It is running on 120 VAC. I did NOT connect it to 220 VAC. I don't see a tech support number. If I am not contacted I will return it.

Like free water
Finally got installed. The city went to charging outrageous rate for water. Drought year. Got the only green lawn on the block. Water here is just ten feet down. After running a month, sometimes the pressure switch fails to come on when pressure drops unless tapped. Runs about 60 psi in continuous flow.

The unit was damaged (I assume in shipping) and you folks replaced it right away! Thank you so very much !!! Great service !!! And the pump works as I hoped it would !It is pulling water approximately 17 feet up a well and pumping it 250 feet horizontally to an IBC tank at 40PSI.

Cheap pump
Very little instructions on how to put it together. Not very good packing. The back cover was damaged. Just okay for the price.

Perfect for watering my huge garden
Great item. I got it to pump water from an old water well that is about 35' deep to water a huge garden. It runs perfectly for hours and enough flow to offer the pressure needed for sprinklers.

Basic handyman skills are helpful
It's actually kind of humorous but I've never seen a company or manufacturer so reluctant to put its brand on a product. Nothing on the shipping box, literature, or even the pump itself. No model number, serial number, or registration card. This being said, for the money spent I'm becoming more impressed with this unit as time goes on. We use it to pump water from a lake to water our gardens and lawn. Because of the slope, the elevation lift required exceeds 25 ft in some areas but the pump handles this easily. Operation is quiet and the unit seems to run cool even under load. Yes, there is a total lack of useful installation instructions but if you can match wire colors and use a whole lot of Teflon tape you'll be fine.

Absolutely garbage
Install the pump.primed it.had it running it kept pulsing and pulsing and would not shut off. eventually after about an hour iit did finally shut off so I left it overnight when I got up in the morning I had no water in the house again. checked it and it had not restarted overnight pressure switch was burnt so I replaced it and it followed the same procedure. this pump is garbage and would not recommend to do anybody

the litle pump that could
we live in a trialer pk we are at the end of the water line we stared with 8psi yes you can p that hard put the pump in our bedroom closet very quite dish washer is louder so back to the pump we went from 8 psi to 60psi day and night would recommend other do the same one small thing ask for a wiring diagram
