Tendak FM Retro Bluetooth Radio With 5W Speaker, 2000mAh Rechargeable Battery, TF Card/USB MP3 Player/AUX/Bass Mode Support

I wanted this radio as it has a rechargable battery, will bluetooth to my iphone and receive VHF radio from 88-108 Mhz. You do need to plug in a phono lead into the back to get better FM reception in addition to the telescopic aerial which isnt long. The supplied phono lead is a bit short for this and you can improve reception by plugging in a long lead of your own. The big plus for me is the ablity to play MP3 audio files with music, plays, stories etc. I bought a TF memory card and loaded all I wanted on it. It plugs into the rear slot and clicks in with a push & out with a push. When switched on a robot voice tells you which mode your in and you can easily switch to AUX input, FM radio, TF card, USB card by further presses. If you are listening to a MP3 file I have found that when you wish to switch off the radio and then resume the file where you left it you should switch mode first then switch the radio off. Next time you turn on it will resume. This is a very nice feature! The bass is good and can be adjusted to your liking. You cannot adjust the treble but I didnt find this an issue. LED's show charge and power state and if the battery is running low you get warning bleeps occasionally so you can prepare to charge it or turn off. All in all it is a very good little radio thats very well made.

Tendak FM Radio Retro BluetoothThis FM radio looks vintage but has modern features, like Bluetooth. What's great is that it's rechargeable. It's loud enough for a little radio like this, and the retractable antenna easily captures signals. The knob to select stations doesn't have traction, so it can easily be rotated accidentally when adjusting the bass, but it's not that big deal and not a deal-breaker. Overall, I like its portability and sound quality. Recommendable.

For £28 this is a fab little portable radio. I am listening to it now, crystal clear, loud, very nice sound. I feel very lucky! I can carry this around from room to room, I suffer from tinnitus in my left ear so like to have something playing in the background to help mask it, and this is small enough to be positioned on my left side anywhere I go, fab (I have other music players, but none as portable and sound as good as this). The FM knob is not 'tight' so I did accidentally unposition it while I carried it from my desk to the kitchen, but I found my channel quickly as the 'green' light helped me find it easy. Small instructions leaflet, but it is pretty easy to suss out. For £28, this is a great solution, small and portable, surprisingly good sound, neat looking and you so many options - bluetooth, USB, TF card. What a lovely gift it would make too.
