Tiny bedroom solution with some add-ons to make it complete
I had to turn my very small office into a tiny guest room for my college senior son as his cousin is taking up his room while he's away at college, but needed to make accommodations for their eventual overlaps. My office is a tiny 7.5' x 10' space with very limited layout options. I assembled this bed with a hex drill bit and my impact driver, careful not to over tighten--this made assembly much easier. I installed a slide out keyboard shelf under the desk, and I ordered some cloth dressers that just fit perfectly under the desk. I mostly assembled this bed on my own, with my son popping in 4-5 times to help me hold something in place. Just be patient and take your time assembling, and the build will go smoothly. *Tip: a magnifying glass is handy for paying close attention to hole positions on the instructions, because they are important. Also, leave all parts and hardware in the bags they come in until the moment you need them, because only one part per bag is labeled. If you take them out of the bags, you're likely going to lose track of what is what. ALSO: The wall bolt anchors this kit comes with are actually for masonry or concrete walls...if you have drywall, pick yourself up some Heavy Duty SnapToggle 1/4" Toggle Bolts and 1 1/2" x 1/4" washers (you'll also need a 1/2" drill bit). This bed is extremely sturdy and stable once properly secured to the wall. I added a few things to make this more space efficient--all purchases I made from Amazon, that I will list here in case it helps anyone with similar space issues: XINLEI under desk keyboard tray, JUMEIHUI Bedside wall mount shelf, FDW 8in Twin Gel memory foam mattress, Sweetcrispy 5 Drawers Dresser, Sweetcrispy nightstand, Somdot 5 drawer Tall Dresser. IBUYKE 2 Tier Printer Stand. (Note I also have a 2" thick bunkie board under the mattress--it's not necessary, but I think it keeps the bed tidier--I'm mentioning it because it adds height to the mattress).

Quite good!!
I'm 5 feet tall (154cm) and 140lbs, and was able to put this together on my own. I just set up the sides first before attaching the side rails, that way they would stand on their own. An extra hand would be helpful, but isn't actually required if you know what you're doing. It's pretty sturdy, though it does wobble a bit at the top if you don't bolt it to the wall. That's relatively standard for most loft beds of similar construction, though. It won't tip over, but it does feel anxiety inducing. Be sure to do a check over to tighten any screws before climbing onto it for the first time! The ladder rungs are really uncomfortable on the feet, honestly. They're my least favorite part of the whole build, hence 4 stars and not 5. The lights were a fantastic addition.Notes:-If I tightened some screws too early, then other screws weren't able to settle into the right spot, so keep that in mind-Make sure it's in the final location before putting any beds on it, as the weight will cause some screws to loosen if you tried to move it after the bed is in place. Makes it difficult to move. I'm using a 5 inch foam mattress, so it's relatively light and still basically settles the loft frame into place-really quiet bed once assembled! Only noise that comes from it is if it hits the wall while wiggling-The wall mount is meant for specific types of walls, like others have said. Be sure to get one that fits what you have. If it wasn't for crown molding on the bottom of the wall, it would sit flush and not wiggle much, but alas-Underneath the bed in the desk area is a little under 5 feet, more like 4'11" or 4'10". If I stand straight up, my head presses against the mattress-It does wiggle a bit without bolting it to the wall but unless you're insane about it, it won't tip over, especially if you have some heavier stuff on the desk. I have a sewing machine on the back middle portion and it really reduced the wobbleAll in all, worth the price for what you get!!

Sturdy
This was fairly easy to put together and is very sturdy. Myself and husband got up and down on it to make sure it would be ok for kids. Think it was a great buy for the price and allowed for more space/a spot for creativity. As an adult I can sit up without hitting the ceiling, under the bed is about 5ft tall.

Amazing bed and desk!
Bought this for my 12 year old daughter because she has a small room. It was well labeled, easy to build and looks amazing. She has so much more space in her room. You probably need 2 people to build. Also pay extra attention to the direction of the holes in the photos. We put one pull in facing the wrong way. Don't tighten your screws until you have it all together. We also had to mount a thin board to the studs in our way so we could attach it to the wall as our house is older and the stud spacing is different. I would 100% buy this again. For the price I was nervous it wouldn't be very sturdy. My 12 year old is 5 foot 11 and weighs 180 pounds. We bought the twin size.
