My wife bought a potted tomato plant to have on our deck. For the first week, it seemed to look very nice. After that, it looked like it was wilting a bit and turning yellowish. You can see that in my photo. So, thinking I did something wrong, since I'm in charge of it, I ordered this cool little soil tester. It checks the PH, soil temperature, the moisture of the soil and the intensity of the light.There are only two buttons on the whole device so it is both easy to learn how to operate it and to actually operate it. As soon as I stuck the soil tester into the dirt, I got a very fast reading of the soil my tomato plant is in. I also like that it doesn't weigh a lot but feels very sturdy and is heavier than I was expecting. I'm hoping this relates to the build quality. I reinserted the probe several times to see if the readings would change substantially, which they didn't. It gave consistent readings each time. Also, no matter where I stuck the probe in the soil, it stayed in place nicely.This is an easy 5 Star product from IRTOV. I wish it was a little less in price, but hey, you get what you pay for and this is a great bargain.

This is exactly what I needed to adjust the soil in different spots of my garden and planters. I was having high acidity in areas and needed to find out the pH level. The directions are perfectly good, and it works really well. It takes a few moments for the level to calculate, but that's as intended.Batteries not included, but that's fine.Overall this is going to help me make sure my plants grow correctly and they produce better fruit/veggies.

Simple, easy to use, wish they would either allow you to adjust the screen so you can actually read it, i would just take a picture of it to read it. Also. I wish the settings would stay, instead of having to switch from C⁰ to F⁰ every use or if I switch from reading temp to pH and back.None of that is a deal breaker. It does what I need. Simple to use. Just minor design feature dislikes

This has been so helpful as I start my first garden. I can place it in different areas of my garden for any period of time to measure how much light my plants and flowers get. It measures the PH balance in the soil so I can be sure the roots are staying healthy. It has a very easy to read display. And most importantly, it measures the amount of moisture in the soil. This is extremely important living in a very hot climate. As I'm heading into the hottest time of the year this is going to be one of the most important tools in my garden.

I got this to measure soil moisture level, but I love that this measures the pH level, light level, and temperature also! It is VERY easy to use. I highly recommend this product for people who want to help track moisture levels or any of the other things it measures!

The soil tester arrived quickly and looks exactly as shown. I haven’t tested all the functions yet, but the display is clear and easy to read. Can’t wait to use it to check moisture and pH in my garden!

It seems to work okay. It is really fragile so I’m not sure how long it will last.
