This was one of the boyfriends' favorite gifts this Christmas. He has loved making homemade sausage! He even made my families Italian sausage that we have missed since my father passed away... he kept that recipe with him! Easy to use, easy to clean. Must have a place to store it. thankfully we have some cabinets to do so.

This thing was packed incredibly well. There's no possibility of being damaged in shipping. Two issues, first was a film on the inside. I had to wash it three times with dawn to get whatever it was cleaned out and that ruined a brilliant pad. The second is how low the stuffing horn attaches, when you bottom out the plunger, there's a lot of meat left in the stuffer... at least a full sausage worth. All in all, very user friendly and very easy to use. Definitely worth the purchase for my 1st stuffer.

There was grease at the bottom of the product.

Sausage stuffer looks like a solid piece, but came coated with what appears (and smells like) dried vegetable oil, very sticky. No mention in the manual how to clean before use, unless I received a repackaged used product.

Best investment I have made on my meat processing journey. This makes stuffing sausages and snack sticks so much easier than using the meat grinder attachment or the hand pump sausage casing filler.

Easy to use and clean up. Just add your favorite ingredients, great as a hobby.

The stuffer works great! The only issue I have is the handle should be mechanically fastened or screwed to the crank arm as is continuously falls off during use. I personally fastened the handle to the crank arm on my stuffer
