I have nothing bad to say about this sofa chair and it is a perfect addition to out living room.It stand very stable on carpet but can be easily pushed on tile or hardwood.The chair is very stable and, with the high sides, super cozy. The ottoman fits perfectly underneath and provides nice storage to some blankets or toys.I got this mainly for my son so he can join in on evening movie nights, and he loves this chair.I have to say though that I was surprised at the upholstery a bit. It is soft and cozy, but it has a little bit of a carpet like feeling (see picture for close-up). We like it and it is very soft as mentioned, but I think you should be aware.

I have been wanting a compact easy chair for my bedroom. This looked like a nice option, since it is about the right size.This set came fully assembled. There is a small instruction manual telling you how to take care of it and contact the company about any issues. It includes a one-year limited warranty.The set is surprisingly lightweight: One person can move it by themselves. I really like the fact that the ottoman is hollow, so I can store stuff in it. When not in use it tucks discreetly under the chair and actually looks like it is part of the chair itself. There are four small, round, plastic feet on the bottom of both the chair and the ottoman. These are great for gliding across carpet, but felt pads may be needed on hardwood floors or other bare surfaces to prevent scratching.These seem to be well made and durable; however, I am not too keen about the fabric. I feels like a cross between sheepskin and a low-pile rug. I would rather have a linen-look fabric or velour. The neutral grey color would coordinate nicely with just about any decor. Since some people’s legs are short, a throw pillow may be needed to cushion the back while sitting in this chair. The seat, arms and back are firm but not uncomfortable. The ottoman is a little too tall, making my knees too high while sitting with my feet on it.The price is not bad, considering the quality of this set. It would be great for a dormitory, studio apartment or some other small space.
