I really like these yoga blocks - I’ve only recently stated to get back into (pretty basic/beginner) yoga and Pilates, and these have been really helpful to me with some of the different poses where I’m not quite flexible enough and need a bit of extra support/assistance. The fact that they’re my favorite color is a bonus; but on the more practical side, they’re a good size, they’re solid and sturdy, and yet they’re also lightweight with it.They came with a set of resistance bands thrown in; they’re fine and all, but not my favorite, as I’m not generally a fan of the elastic band type of resistance band. They’re useful to have around, though; I’m keeping them in the travel kit I take on my frequent work trips, so I’ll have them on hand for workouts when I’m on the road.

These yoga blocks are sturdy enough to take my full body weight on one shin bone and not dent or depress at all, and they're light enough to carry both in one hand without effort. The size is standard, just tall enough to help with some of the seated positions if your sit bones don't quite reach the ground while your legs are in a bind, or to help your hand touch the ground in some of the standing balance positions. The resistance bands are not quite as nice; they have a strong off-gassing odor when removed from their packaging, and the material feels a bit tacky. They're powerful, though, and as far as I can tell, seamless. They will help provide a good workout.
