Well made, nice looking faucet.......except the Base is plastic. All other parts are solid, but Plastic on a Faucet exterior ? C'mon !

Though I give this product 4 stars; I would have given it 5 Stars if only the drain stopper mechanism allowed water to drain/exit from the sink basin in a timely manner. Instead, it allows water to back up in the sink basin and does not drain. We speculate that the design of the stopper mechanism, which requires you to push down to seal the basin rather than have a plunger method and this extra rubber-like material seals to the point of preventing water from draining in a timely manner. Very beautiful and I like the way the faucet swivels.

I bought this to replace a 40 year old faucet in my father's house. It was a straightforward install, anyone can do this. Getting the old one out was another story. It is well made, and the finish is nice. I won't amuse you with the pictures if it installed on the 40 year old, stylish..."pink" bathroom sink though. If I had any gripes, it would be a couple:1. The aerator has a lip around the top where is meets the spout. And the spout has a smaller but similar lip nearer to the base. This makes it really tough to keep clean, and it acts to collect everything from shaving clippings to excess soap, etc. It's not a smooth transition, so the grooves trap a lot of gunk.2. I have to point out the similar problem with the handles attaching to the base. There is this gap between the bottom of the handles and the base. Big enough to trap gunk, but too small to clean off easily with a paper towel. You have to get the hex key, take the handles off, then clean underneath them, then put them back on. IMO, this could have been easily avoided by including a plastic washer to fill the gap between the handle and the base. It would not affect the functionality, but would definitely make it easier to clean. I plan to make some of my own to fill that gap, and possibly find a different aerator that sits flush with the end of the spout.It looks nice, but after using it for awhile, it's little things like that, which show up, and can be improved on by the manufacturer if they choose to. It looks great, but those minor details are a considerable downside. Other than those design issues, I've been happy with the installation and use.

I like the look & finish. The hole for the stopper lever is misaligned, it doesn't even fit. So, I didn't insert it, I never use the stopper in the powder room sink anyway. Also, the cold water supply line was defective, water sprayed everywhere when I turned valve. Luckily I had a spare, no problem.

**UPDATED REVIEW**After leaving the first review, the company contacted me and said that they are replacing their drains and all new purchases will have the new and improved drain. They offered to refund a partial cost of the purchase.**ORIGINAL REVIEW**This faucet looks nice in the box. Upon opening, the drain seems cheap. After installing, the drain was in fact cheap. It would not stop leaking. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it continues to leak. I have purchased a $15 metal one and it works great! if you're going to purchase this faucet, go ahead and purchase a different. drain at the same time.

Very impressive value - good quality, ease of installation, style. This is my third Parlos bathroom faucet - no issues so far whatsoever.

Purchased this faucet in Oct 2019. Installed it in November and already (Feb 2020) the black paint is chipping off of the drain plug. This is really disappointing since I really like the look of the faucet. The drain also does not drain well. The water drains out very slowly which wasn't a problem with the other faucet that was installed prior to this one. The hot and cold water lines are plastic. After installing I had to continue to adjust the drain plug since it would leak water under the sink. Overall this was a bad purchase. Wish I had bought something more expensive.

***Another update. After the below issues, I contacted the company and they sent me replacement parts. The replacement parts so far have totally fixed the problem! I am very happy with customer service and that the drain is functioning properly. The replacement drain systems are slightly bigger and sit taller, which is what I needed for it to properly drain water.*****(Prior review regarding problems)Update after having them for a few months now: The drain system does not work good at all. It is too low and creates a suction that won’t let the water drain unless you plug and unplug it repeatedly. We have to now treat both my bathroom sinks as if they are constantly clogged.Another major problem is that the finish on these is terrible. Every time I do a simple sink cleaning, the cleanser and sponges strip more of the finish off. One of my drain systems was completely ruined by some simply pouring some cleanser on it and I didn’t even scrub it! Instead of being dark brown, it’s now a bright scratched up pink color. And my soft sponges scratch the finish all up too, even when I am gentle.I got these because I wanted something easy to clean. Unfortunately pieces of it are plastic, not metal as they appeared in the pictures.I do love the style and the high rise on the spout. It’s way more comfortable to brush my teeth with a higher spout now.

We ordered this faucet in May 2020, it was not an easy install and we have had issues with the plug/ the finish etc.I recommend getting something that is going to last. Our finish is chipping off and despite keeping it clean and dry there is corrosion at the base.The pros:It’s beautiful and looks sharp and has a nice matte finish.Because of its finish it’s easy to match hardwareCons:Cheaply made and chips/ finish does not last with normal wearWe had trouble with some of the parts and have reached out to the company in the past

se ve de buena calidad, el color es muy bonito, por el precio obtienes bastante, el montaje del drenaje y las mangueras, pero como son gringas son mas chicas de un lado, porque son de USA, ya tenia mangueras adecuadas por lo que no fue problema para mi,

wrote a five star review before i installed it a week after i installed it stared to have problems with the faucet the spout was constantly coming loose then blowing right off giving an instint shower and washing the mirrors and walls and everything in the bathroom; Amazon gave back my money Thank-you

This faucet is amazing. Half the price as the brand names and comes with the matching black drain plug which is a huge bonus. Took a while to get here but worth the weight.
