I replaced my cabin air filter the other day, and it was dirty! I will pay better attention and check/replace this cabin air filter once a year or every 12K miles. The air filter with activated carbon is well made. It was a perfect fit for my Mazda CX-5 (2020). With an easy-to-read airflow arrow on the side, making the 5 minutes installation process is a breeze.

I recently bought a 2023 Mazda CX5 and it smelled like someone had tried to cover up cigarette smoke with some kind of air freshener. It was especially bad when the car is hot and first turned on. As an Amazon VINE reviewer, I was pleased to see this offered.The filter has installation instructions on the side of the box, but being less than handy, I searched for a video to show me how to install. Installation was just as easy as it said in the instructions on the box! The filter installs behind the glovebox - you just have to squeeze the sides of the glovebox to release it slightly and then slide the filter into place. Easy peasy! I can tell the difference already in the air quality in the vehicle on these 90+ degree days right away.

The filter is clean. It fits well on my cx-5. However, the quality control needs to improve. The filter is not lined well. It may cause issue on filtering out the dust. I do not recommend it for other owners.

Literally took 10 seconds to install.Exact fit, just like stock but clean.There is a little hook on the right side of the glove box, gently pull till its unhooked.Then squeeze the sides of the glove box gently and it just slots out and pulls down enough to remove and install the new filter.

It's a decent priced cabin filter for our CX-5. I can't really tell any differences between the new and the old filter (except for the dust). This has activated charcoal filter media, installs as easy as the oem, and is cheaper than the ones at the auto parts store, so whats not to like. Have yet to see how it performs over the next year, but in the meantime, this is worth checking out.

This cabin filter fits the Mazda CX-5 (2024). Fits in tightly and is carbon activated. (the original filter didn't appear to be carbon activated). While the filter fit snugly in the filter compartment, there appears to be less foam on the filter front than on the original, though that doesn't seem to be an issue (fits snug and no gaps that i could see).

I installed a puroma air filter in my car previously, no humidity smell year round, ac and heater air feels clean and odorless.In the picture you can see the carbon inside the filter, it works!It fits nice and properly in the filter slot and lasts for a long time, great value in this product.

Good quality, easy to install, and came undamaged.
