Bought this product to give more of a dark aesthetic to the dining set. The place mats are smooth and are clearly made of a great quality material. The flatware is solid weighted, sturdy and has a nice polished look to it. Very unique look and feels of high quality. The mats are nicely grippy and flat to keep surfaces clean and are perfect for glass surfaces.

I bought this because I loved the design but I also enjoyed my experience with them. The packaging of the product is so cute and the utensils feel great. They look great and feel very durable, but are also comfortable to use and easy to clean. The placemat is very good material and complimented the utensils perfectly. The utensils have a good weight to them, which indicates to me that they are made with quality material. The placemat is soft and smooth, not thick which is exactly what I wanted. The flatware is beautiful, sturdy, and well-weighted for balance. The design is simple but makes a simple statement. When stored with the house flatware, which is black as well, makes it easy to identify which is mine for service. Overall, really love the flatware.The mats fall flat enough for a deduction in my opinion because they are a bit on the thin side and while the bat is cute, would of been nice if the logo kept trimmed to the icon or moved to the back. Having the brand present on t he front just makes it less appealing.
