Nice firm mattress
Nice comfortable,love the firm mattress. Strap to close the bed needs improvement. Metal broke soon after recieved. Otherwise completely satisfied with the bed.

Weld on cross bar broke

Nice size
It was a little bit hard for my husband and I to get together, but it turned out very nice and sturdy once together. No missing parts, very comfortable, doesn’t take much space when folded. I would recommend.

Cheaply made
Cheaply made!!!!.... Used 5 times by our boy @110lbs. Mind you that this bed is rated for up to 450 lbs. The front and rear support bars bent and broke!!!!... Very unhappy considering how much we paid especially the delivery price!!!! Not recommended!!!!!! Want a refund!

Minutes? Easy? Far from it!
It arrived in torn up box with parts rattling around inside. 2. package with hardware and tools had been opened and things were shoved back in in a mess. 3. tools inadequate. 4. parts mismatched and would not fit together without a lot of banging. Even though directions to loosen bolts were followed. 5. only in the instructions did it say 2 people needed to assemble. 6. Horrible instructions! Mainly poor pictures only. Took several horrible hours to get it together! Metal strong - mattress very good for price. All in all, I am very upset with what I consider misleading advertisement. Every step of the way a problem!!

Product issue. But excellent customer service!
The bed had manufacturing issues. The seller was quick to respond and correct the issue. I’m not using the product but would definitely buy from the seller again.

Worth it
This is the best product to have it in your house perfect for guest the mattress is very comfortable and it is very easy to assemble. You can single handed fold and unfold it.

Good bed for the price.
The bed is good and works well. My only issue is with the assembly instructions. They were not detailed enough to know what to do. I therefore had to take things apart and reassemble.
