It works great. Has great suction, light weight and really easy to move around. I love the hard wood floor vacuum setting. So easy to use. Noise level is about the same as my older vacuum.

The Shark Vacuum’s have always been a part of my life! First, when I had dogs then when I didn’t I moved into an apartment and now I’m running a business and it’s just the best model of a vacuum we could ever ask for! It’s lightweight. It’s versatile. Its suction power is amazing. It’s easy to clean and the cord is amazingly long. It has all the bells and whistles! And it doesn’t cost a lot! I’m very happy with this vacuum!

Works just as well as there others I have at work that were brand new. Did not come with the little adapter side-clip (which only holds one of the two adapters anyhow). No big deal - but I took off a star for that. I would really only take a 1/2 of a star for that if I could since it is a convenience. For the price this is awesome and way below brand new and works just as well. Cleans great, great power, and easy to use.

I didnt think there would be this much dirt in my carpet. It felt so gross then afterwards so clean. Never lost suction, pulled so much up. Didnt get tangled on random items. I love shark. Easy to assemble and take apart. Love the upgrades to bin removal, no clips, built very well. Easy to switch from wand to main. Lift away helped with hard to reach areas. Very versatile. Not super big and bulky but large enough to get the job done.

Purchased this certified refurbished and it works flawlessly, as if completely brand new. It’s so lightweight and the suction is wild! Got a steal of a deal and so thrilled. My very first Shark vacuum and I couldn’t be happier!

I use this kind of vacuum in an Airbnb, and I was amazed at how well it worked. My kids and I have some dust allergies, so I have to keep the house clean to avoid an episode. This vacuum leaves the carpet very clean; you can't imagine how much dust and other stuff are there! and helps a lot in the hard floor too. I read before the comments because this was offered as refurbished, and the price was 1/3 of the new one, so I decided to give it a try, best decision! It is very powerful, it is very easy to discard the garbage, and has other accessories to compliment, like the brush for sofas, and the plastic canula for small spaces as beside the refrigerator. I had a Shark before, years ago, and in despite of some damages in the plastic for the environment, it is still working well. Shark is a really good brand and very durable. recommended!

This is probably the best vacuum I've ever purchased and I've purchased many vacuums over the past decade. The self cleaning function ensures that pesky hair doesn't get all tangled up and prevent it from effectively doing its job which I looooove because that's always been an issue with me and vacuums. I've had this for almost a year and so far no complaints; it effectively cleans up my hair and that of two cats and a very sheddy dog. If you're on the fence, just buy this - you won't regret it.
