It was fun to ride and thoroughly enjoyed it. Easy assembly. Made everyone envious. Pretty fast. Only downsides are:I had to charge it after a few hours and miles of useAndIt shorted out after being rode in the rain once and permanently stopped working which is why I don't have it anymore

The electric scooter arrived well packaged and shipped to me on time on Amazon. It was a little heavier than it looks due to the entire riding deck I stood on while riding was all batteries. The scooter very much was everything and more as advertised on Amazon. It was quick and fast! It easily came out of the box and in just two clicks it was all together. After a pair of bolts were in place to hold the handelbars in place, it was ready to go after a 6 hr charge time which seems to be a long time. Maybe it would have been a thought to charge the batteries before shipping? It could have used better written instruction about how to turn it on, etc. I downloaded the app w/o any difficulty. The app has a lot more info.All in all, I feel I got my money's worth on this fast scooter. Remember, safety first and its very important you be sure what your city regulations are for riding thie scooter. Happy scootin'!!

great scooter true to the word. I'm about 6ft 190lbs and i can say I'm impressed the 500wt scooter does 21mph like claimed....and really light weight great commuter

You will not be disappointed. The product is amazing. The seller is amazing. This was not expected to arrive until after my daughter’s bday, but I sent a message to the seller and it ended up arriving before her bday. Perfect for my 11yr old. She never wants to get off of this scooter. Fun for us parents too! You will not regret this purchase!!

I use it to get back and forth from work. It keeps a great charge and it's easy to use. It has 2 levels at 9mph and 19mph, so you don't get to going too fast when you first start out. Love it!

I'm never buying any dam products from this company, the scooter I purchased came with the rear tire not assembled properly, absolutely no proper deal was on the tire to stop air from leaking, no hole in the tube or tire, the tire was just not properly assembled, and trying to make a return on top of the fact I bought a 3-year warranty as well. They tried every trick in the book to not send a paid shipping label. They wanted me to pay $200 shippingly for a scooter that came with the back tire that was messed up, after mobile attempts to tell them or ask, why do I have to pay money to return a defective item? They consistently kept asking me to send videos of the tire which I did to then only give me one solution and that was to send a new tube Even after repeatedly telling them the tube is not the issue. Then once I actually look at the scooter they made the model of scooter I purchased damn near impossible to even fix yourself. They put screws and bolts in places that are not accessible to any customer without and flipping any kind of damage on a scooter itself. Which then would void any warranty that you purchased and that's the part why I figured out the company is a scam I purchased the S10 plus and it took four people to try and figure out how to take off the back tire without causing any unnecessary damage to the scooter itself. After looking at videos on YouTube, the S10 pro the version of a scooter before. Mine has a very simple and easy uninstalling and installing of the rear tire. For some reason the company chose to do a similar design but put more reinforced pieces covering the screws that you need to access to take off the back tire. After days of trying to get a paid label and failing and not being able to return the scooter due to the fact of they just won't honor the reason why I want the scooter returned and an exchange. Me and my friends finally got the back tire off and we literally had to break parts of the scooter to get it off. Just to come and find out that the company put sealing rubber sealant on both of all the screws and also put rubber sealing and glue over top of the desired screw areas we needed to access to remove the scooter. So in other words, simple stickers and clip-on plastic that is on the S10 pro has been swapped out with reinforced sealed pieces that basically force you to have to force pieces off which will then cause small damages to the scooter which then will avoid your warranty whenever ever going to buy any product from with company again. Then after doing more reviews and more searching, I found out many many people had the same exactly. Just like me. This company will send you you through hoops just to end up at the same position you started in

Worked well for the first time use. Then tryed to ride it again, and the motor won't activate. Fully charged. But the seller refunded the total cost back within days. May have gotten a faulty scooter. And not the company's fault.

Very good scooter had a little problems at first but the support was very helpful and nice easy to build smooth ride with great range
