Inexpensive, powerful, easy to handle, cuts through wood like butter
I had a wood railing that needed to be cut into pieces so a truck could take it away. It's about 4"x5" around. It took me about 5-8 minutes to cut through it with a regular saw...I had to make about 4 more cuts to bring it to size so I bought this reciprocating saw (I considered a circular saw but that's not the right tool for the job!). This arrived the next day, batteries fully charged. I selected one of the longer wood blades, put on my work gloves and the safety glasses this came with, and knocked out the rest of the cuts in about 5 minutes.This is easy to use (I'm clearly a novice!), has a spare battery, and a bunch of blades for different purposes. It's a great tool to have around!

Works well

Very handy
This is a nice size for any homeowner wanting to quickly and efficiently cut brush. I used this on some broken branches (frozen) that came down from a tall tree/hedge this winter. Did a great job.

Blade holder with exploded on me with in 6hr of use only held in by a slip ring(really a slip ring and you mom vibrator would hold better)

No cord - hooray! Awesome saw to have on hand for small Home DIY
2 huge reasons I love this saw are 1. because I apparently am not the most skilled at having a corded saw - I have cut the power line twice while using one - so for dummies like me this is the one you want! 2 - Also it is very nice to have a little saw around for DIY projects/ repairs. So far I have only needed it for cutting some boards here and there but it is great. It has a strong grip and got the job done. I wouldn’t have been able to do my sink project without it. helpful and handy handle
The media could not be loaded. This is overall a helpful tool for rough work. I don’t like how the case will not accomidate and installed blade. This means that you have to install and uninstall it every time.It only takes 30 seconds of so.Its fairly lightweight and had decent power. The size should require two hands which I think is safer.The bottomline is that most people will find this handy for tasks but that they ought to be careful. This is a dangerous tool.
