Nice but tuff to install
Very nice looking, but like everybody else, horrible instructions and I have good experience in home improvements

Finished product looks great but took a very long time to install
I gave it 3 stars because of the price and difficulty level of installing. We are happy with the finished product but as other customers indicated these doors are not a quick install. It took my husband and I many hours to figure it all out. There are no holes pre-drilled for hardware placement so you need to measure precisely and drill. The measurements in the very difficult to read diagram directions were extremely specific and normal measuring tools cannot accommodate (for example one measurement was 53/64th). We had to do a lot of math and measure and remeasuring to figure it out so it just made the process really slow. My last issue is the knobs- for $499 I would have expected metal knobs- they sent 2 plastic black knobs). I will be buying new knobs to install on the door but would have been nice to not have to spend more money.

Measure your door frame!
Door is nice, but I hard a hard time installing… If it “just fits”, it would be very easy.my door was likely not “standard” as the house was built in the 70’s. Had to do a ton of work to the threshold, and cut the door down a bit. I do not recommend cutting the door down, as there’s hardwood inserts that are pretty thin, mine started to come apart so I had to hit it with a really thin Super Glue to soak in to the hardwood biscuit and mdf frame… I knew I was getting into a project, but this was a bit more than I really wanted to deal with.I definitely need to re-seal the bottom after cutting, we’ll see how it holds up in a bathroom :-/

FINISHED PRODUCT PREVAILS
FIRST OFF, THESE ARE WELL MADE BI-FOLD DOORS. ALL THE JOINTS ARE TIGHT & PRECISE. THE SURFACE OF THE DOOR HAS A WOOD GRAIN LOOK & FEEL. I DID NOT FIND ANY BLEMISHES, SCRATCHES OR DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS. THE DOOR ITSELF MEASURES 79"X35.5". THE "TEMPERED" FROSTED GLASS PANES (WINDOWS) APPEAR TO BE OF GOOD QUALITY & FIT PERFECTLY INTO THE ENGINEERED WOOD FRAME. YOU CAN SEE "LIGHT & MOVEMENT" THROUGH THE GLASS & THATS ABOUT IT. (AS DESIGNED)PROBLEM; THE METAL TRACK/BAR THAT SUPPORTS (HANGS) THE DOOR WAS SLIGHTLY BENT (TWISTED) JAMMING THE GLIDE WHEEL (THE PART ATTACHED TO TOP OF DOOR & FITS INTO THE TRACK ALLOWING THE DOOR TO GLIDE LEFT TO RIGHT) AND PREVENTING SMOOTH OPERATION. I SPENT SOME TIME STRAIGHTENING & WIDENING THE TRACK SUCCESSFULLY. HINT: BE SURE GLIDE WHEEL HAS NO RESISTANCE INSIDE TRACK BAR BEFORE INSTALLING.PROBLEM; THE DIRECTIONS FOR INSTALL ARE VAGUE AT BEST. DIAGRAMS ARE MISLEADING & NOT PRECISE IN THE LEAST. YOU WILL BE LEFT SCRATCHING YOUR HEAD OFTEN. FORTUNATELY THERE ARE NOT MANY HARDWARE PARTS & YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING WITH WHAT YOUR BRAIN (GUT) IS TELLING YOU & IGNORE SOME OF WHAT THE DIAGRAM IS SHOWING YOU.I WAS ABLE TO INSTALL THE DOORS CORRECTLY. IT JUST TOOK LONGER THAN I EXPECTED. YOU CAN FINE TUNE & ADJUST THE DOOR ALIGNMENT WITH EASE. I HAVE TO ADMIT THE DOORS LOOK PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED. (PATS SELF ON BACK).I NOW HAVE NEW BI-FOLD DOORS AS MY LAUNDRY ROOM ENTRANCE. THE DOORS LOOK ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC & ARE A HUGE UPGRADE. I'M NOT GOING TO BLAME THE VENDOR FOR THE TWEAKED MOUNTING BAR, BUT I'M STILL NOT OVER THOSE MISLEADING INSTALL DIRECTIONS/DIAGRAMS. IF I CAN DO IT CORRECTLY, YOU CAN TOO!THE FINISHED PRODUCT OUTWEIGHS ANY DIFFICULTY/FRUSTRATION MENTIONED. THESE PREMIUM 'JUBEST' BI-FOLD DOORS ARE NO DOUBT A GOOD CHOICE...ENJOY!

Bottom bracket needed modification
I got my door installed but the directions are poor. It took a lot of unnecessary thought to accomplish installation and I had to modify the bottom bracket the door pivot on. The bracket had a spring in it that lowered when the door rested on it and wouldn’t let the door close. I removed the spring and bolted it together and now it closes well. I also had to put a block of wood under the brace to support it. If you’re not handy or know someone that is don’t buy this door. Once installed it looks great!
