Amazing product.
The media could not be loaded. Love how portable this cooler is. Comes with bottles that you can freeze water in to make the air cooler. Quiet. And has great functions including a timer. You will be happy with your purchase.

Works Good, As Long As It Works
Like the capacity. Cools the room well and is quiet when doing it.Unfortunately, my unit failed and will be returned - the cooling function (the pump) no longer turns on - was working fine, turned off to fill the water, turned back on, and no pump at all.Edit: Pump started working again after removing and replacing the wicking media - yep, makes no sense so I'm extremely confident. Up to 3 stars anyway, have a feeling it will work until my return window is closed.

Does not cool. Scam.
I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. It is not cooling at all. It just blows air like a fan. And not even as effective as a typical box fan. I have to keep my shirt off due to heat in my home. It would be nice to wear clothes. Put this at my desk blowing right behind my chair where I sit. Still hot. Still have to keep my shirt off. The directions look like they were written by somebody who never graduated Kindergarten. Which is highly indicative of scam. If you cannot even write properly, how can you make a decent product. The 6 gel packs do not fit. I can place two of them in at most if laid horizontally. Tank is filled with water. 2 gel packs in that were frozen for awhile. No cooling whatsoever. If I don't get proper info for this to actually cool, I am returning it.

Beating the Kitchen Heat
Thanks to my Portable air conditioner, I can now enjoy my time in the kitchen without feeling like I'm melting.
