Easy to put together, pretty good aesthetic. I bought this for my mom's front room as a valentines day gift from my dad. My dad said she was VERY grateful.Since moving to solar, small heaters like this are more efficient at heating their living spaces than their gas furnace on their package air conditioning system.My mom has been using it every time I've visited since then. She loves the remote.

I got this product and the first day it was great, however the remote control doesn’t work even after replacing batteries, therefore the temperature settings and other settings can’t be changed without the remote. Seller agrees to refund however it is already built and I don’t have a way to ship it back after built.

Take a little bit to build but still simple. It’s perfect and I love it. Our remote doesn’t work with diff batteries so that’s a bummer but we don’t really need it. It lets off a great amount of heat if you turn that setting on. It’s cute and doesn’t loook aggressively fake like most. Great price for what I got and maybe even better than expected.

We are absolutely loving this little fireplace! Small, but mighty....warmed our entire downstairs rather quickly! The flames are very pretty and you can change the settings/how bright they are...you can also easily control the temperature. The fireplace stops blowing warm air when the desired temperature is reached, and starts again when it needs to, no resetting required. We would have given this a 5 star rating, however, the parts it came with were all in the wrong marked bags, and I had to sit there and figure it out myself, which was pretty irritating. But otherwise, everything is perfect! Highly recommend.

I bought this fireplace in white for my mom and it heats up her living room and she loves that the flames look real. Took about 1 1/2 hours to put together. Would definitely by again as it was a good deal for the cost.

I bought this for my home office so that my dog could lie under it when she couldn't find a sun spot. It heats up the room but if I had to do it again I would get something slightly higher quality. It is fairly noisy and the thermostat is kind of unpredictable.... 3 year later update. I think I got a defective unit. It slowly got noisier over time. I was going to move it into the basement and get a newer one for my home office. When I was moving it, i realized I could reduce the buzzing noise. It was actually remarkably quiet when lying flat. After a few hours of tightening/untightening a bunch of screws, I got it back up in the wall and quieter than before, but there is still a resonance with this unit that I now understand to be some kind of manufacturing defect somewhere. I'm going to keep this one a while longer since it's very difficult to find 36-inch electric fireplaces that have the blower vent out of the bottom of the unit.

Its small and spacious. It does turn on and off every few minutes. Very happy with the purchase and building it wasn't too bad.

I wish I could write a review of how this product works, but unfortunately, they sent the wrong directions for assembling it. I’m pretty handy but without the assembly instructions I’m lost. Manufacturer’s website has no telephone number to contact them and they don’t answer email. All I would need was a simple PDF of the assembly instructions but even googling it turns up nothing. Needless to say if I don’t hear back from them by tomorrow, it’s going to have to be returned. Really sloppy.
