Our granddaughter are enjoying their new laptops. They were put to use immediately and they are very satisfied with the quality of their gifts.

I love everything about this laptop and have found it hard to put it down since purchasing it. Let me just say, before I buy something I spend countless hours doing research and I'm so indecisive that picking out a laptop was a daunting task - I've been in the market for a couple years now. But I had been looking at this particular one for awhile and, finally pulled the trigger. I was so nervous initially, but now that I finally have it, it's exceeded all of my expectations. It's perfect for what I needed it for, school work, and general browsing. The touchscreen is a HUGE added bonus. For the price I paid, I could not have found a better laptop. Beyond thrilled with my purchase.

Got it for my 10y old and she loves it. It is light, has all the features you can wish for at a very good price. We only had an issue once with the touchscreen but we rebooted the laptop and the touchscreen was working again.

The screen is absolutely beautiful! The touchscreen is fine. Being able to use it in tent mode or as a tablet is great. However this chromebook is SO slow!!!!!!! I can have more than one tab open at a time. My older chromebooks are so much faster. Giving this to my son and spending the extra money for a better chromebook. If you are looking for power don’t get this chromebook!

I wanted to wait before I did this review and its been almost two weeks now and as I expected this outperforms. Since I am not a gamer and just a casual everyday... i mean i browse everyday....... user, I dont know if this will be like those thousand dollar laptops. This suits my needs perfectly. I am pleased. I am satisfied and I am an acer R11 customer for life... or as long as they maintain their integrity.... this is my second Acer R11. I will be buying a third in the near future for my relative.

Great product at a reasonable price. Good rugged design for travel use and internet browsing.

This Chromebook is awesome. My kids love it and it's very easy to use.

It's already beginning to have issues and slow down. I ordered it for school and I can't even complete an assignment without it seeming like someone else is controlling the screen. The touch screen doesn't respond and when it does it's playing catch up and it's very slow opening pages documents etc. I don't have much on it and my gf has the same one only it wasn't refurbished and it works amazing. She's had it for two years. It's disappointing I spent this much. I should've spent a little more for a new one. Lesson learned.Ok so this sucks and I would never buy a refurbished computer from this company again.
