Had an old 3Ds XL that I needed to power back on, but couldn't for the life of me and thought things were over for it. There was a game on it I couldn't find anywhere else, no matter how hard I looked. Thankfully, this batter was still available and it instantly worked for me as soon as I turned the XL. Was able to use it without worrying about the battery life anymore! Got the games I wanted off of it by transferring it over to a different 3Ds, and voila! Things work great. Even though I only needed it for a couple of things, I have no real complaints about the battery. Arrived quickly, was affordable, and did what it needed to do without a single problem. Grab one if you need to save your 3Ds XL and don't want to shell out more money for another one if there's a battery problem.

1 star for being a mislabeled ripoff. Lasts less than the original, ostensibly 1000mAh battery, that came with the DSLite purchased in 2007. One of the other reviews says it "doesn't last as long as the original." If so, why give it 5 stars? It's supposed to have a larger capacity than the original! Sure, it keeps the NDS powered for roughly 1.5 hours. But that doesn't make up for the blatantly false advertising, or at the very least shoddy quality control.

Good priced battery seems to have a bit more wiggle room than the originals but you can’t beat the price. Nice little screw driver is included if you don’t already have the tools on hand
