I have been using this Vont scale for a few months now and I have been very happy with it. The scale arrived quickly and was packaged well. There was nothing fancy about the box, but it was packaged securely and it was well done overall. I was initially concerned when I took the scale out of the box; it was very light, and my first thought of that it would not hold up well. But I will say that after using it for some time, the scale is extremely well made and the quality is excellent. I have used it daily and have had zero issues whatsoever. Using it simple. Open the app, click on the scale in the app, step on the scale, and after a few seconds your weight is displayed. If you don't have the app open you can still see your weight, but it won't record on the app. Having to have the app open to record is the only downside to the unit, but it really is a minor quibble. The app works well and provides a good amount of data based on the measurement, as well as historical data. It is very accurate, as I have verified the readings against a scale scale and they are consistent. Overall, this is another high quality product from Vont at a very reasonable price point. I have many of their products and have been happy with all of them. I highly recommend this scale to anyone in the market for a smart scale

I gave it 5 stars because when it works, it is AMAZING! I love all things it tracks and helped keep me motivated and towards my goal. Buuutttt, it just stopped working 2 months after I received it. Amazon only let's you return up to 30 days, but there was a customer service number on the back of my scale. To my surprise, they made it right, I'll receive my replacement in a week!

I lost connection from the scale to the app last year and support said it was a server issue and resolved it. It worked for about 3 months and it happened again. Now they won't respond to my inquiries and I can no longer connect my app.Besides this, the scale is amazing, but w/o the app connecting I can't see any of ALL the information provided.

After 40 years of service my grandmother's scale finally broke. This wireless one replaced it and so far it's proven to be both durable and easily storable. Its slim profile slides under her cabinet, which has only an 1.5" clearance. She loves it, therefore I do too.

Did not last even a year and a half. It stopped working even with new batteries. It started working only sometimes and as of five months ago, doesn’t work at all.I got a new phone and it was impossible to link with my new Vont app on my new phone phone. Refused to work kept saying there was an error. I reached out to the company about this and never heard from them. Sent them emails with photos and videos and never heard from them. Asked for a replacement and never heard from them.I liked it for the short amount of time that it was working and the app on my phone was working. But half the purposes defeated if the app doesn’t work or doesn’t link to your new phone.Also noticed that I have to step on it a couple of times to get accurate weight. Almost always the first two times were wrong.Might as well get a solar one or an old-school one because this was essentially useless.

I love Bluetooth-enabled products, but I feel like the market is so inundated with them that it is hard to have a seamless "smart home" unless you stick with a select few quality companies. For the purposes of this review I'll leave out my other go-to companies, but Vont has become one of them. It started because I wanted my own scale to track my weight management/loss progress. I still believe one should take into account how one feels rather than go by the sometimes deceptive numbers on a scale. However, I would be remiss if I didn't say that seeing the statistical breakdown of weight, body fat, etc doesn't fascinate me. I have a couple other smart devices connected by Vont such as LED lights and smart plugs. I find their app easy to use and to be able to control the various devices is great. I also love seeing the detailed weight differences by day when I sync my scale. For the price and features, I couldn't be happier.
