Purchase 2-aroma360 black wireless. They work wonderful for a few months then after purchasing the 3rd aroma360 pro pod it stop working. It makes the noise but no scent coming out the bottles are still full after 2 weeks. I’ve tried unplugging them both and reinstalling the pod nothing. It’s sad because they made the house smell nice. To stop working under 6 months for the cost isn’t worth it.I’ll go back to using traditional I store products since they are a guarantee.Don’t waste your money on purchasing this product. It won’t last. 😥

I ordered the Wireless Pro with the Pro Pods (because the other oils by Aroma360 DO NOT WORK with this diffuser) and it scents just fine! It charged up quickly and disperses scent enough to fill my house within a few minutes. It's also a very modern design so it goes with just about any home decor!

I had it for 2 weeks and it never created a vapor or never worked at all. After noticing the bottle of expensive liquid never being used after two weeks, I contacted the manufacturer via email. I got a return email after 24 hours to direct my issue to Amazon? I immediately sent it back. Steer clear of this product. Faulty product and bad customer service.

Awful product. I bought one on Amazon and one through the actual website and both quit working. Waste of money. Do NOT buy

I carefully charged the unit before use. The charge light was green and still on the charging base when I paired the remote. I started the machine and I could hear the motor working, but it seemed like little to no scent was being diffused. After a while, I checked on the unit and all lights were off. I tried to turn it on both with the remote and the power button on the unit itself. There was also a burnt smell on the bottom of the unit. I am returning this unit.

I am convinced the negative reviews on this product are customers not using this right. Make sure you get Aroma360 PRO PODS (not regular oils) for this to work. They have a ton of scents available to choose from. I got Blue Moon. I had this out of the package and up and running in less than 5 minutes. My whole apartment smelled like a luxury hotel within minutes. I’ve been using it a few times a week and I haven’t had any issues at all.

They (the company)could do better with clearer instructions.

I followed the directions to a T it worked great for about 3 1/2 weeks, Now the thing doesn't turn on at all. The charger pad indicates that it's charging but it doesn't even turn on. I tried the "troubleshooting" route and amazon gives me nothing! Don't waste your money like I did! I'm very disappointed 😞
