So cheap not worth it, even at the bargain price it is.Arrived warped, cannot be assembled solo.Paper thin. No way this would offer any protection from any elements save sunlight. First thing I read on the box was also how it contain cancer causing elements. Definitely starting the return process.

Each of our dogs have their own dog house. Only the color of the roof separates them from the other. Our pups love their dog house. Especially when it snows in Idaho. Our dogs get all warm in their self warming beds and watch the snow fall. At anytime, they can come back in the house via their doggie door which is inches from their dog house.

We invested in an outdoor generator for back up when the electricity goes out - which it does in this small rural community. I looked high and low for a simple cover for the Gen set that sits outside.When I saw this dog house, it dawned on me it could do the job.We put the dog house together, and it fit over the generator.We left the base off, (the generator sits on a wooden platform). We added two hinges on one side which we attached to the wooden platform, reinforced the hinges on the dog house with wood rails inside and out.We are able to swing the house over the generator when we need to replace fuel and access it.The dog house door is on the side of the gen exhaust, allowing venting and circulation.Good thing: not as expensive as other plastic specific gen covers we were looking at.This was a perfect solution.

Very cheap and thin material used. It looks nice but that’s about it.
