Clear, easy to follow with plenty of repetition, which is exactly what I require for it to sink in

I have been learning spanish for seven years now, with a private tutor for the last six) BUT I have holes in my learning due to classes early on in my learning and a tutor at the beginning who only taught me in spanish! This has been great as it is ensuring that the basic building blocks are there and it is making me far more confident that I know what I am saying and saying it correctly. My tutor is looking at what I have done also and we do some oral work based on what I have done. So a win win situation. Highly recommend.

A lot thicker than expected. Very comprehensive. I bought it as a present for a friend. I did spot a few spelling mistakes, but seemed really good overall.

Was recommended this book , when it arrived I was amazed at the size and the quality.Very useful to revise your spanish.

Overall a good exercise for intermediate learners, but perhaps not many other learners. Not a textbook for beginners to learn, and too basic for advanced learners. This is good for intermediates who want to nail down certain grammatical rules. Unfortunately there are a lot of errors (mostly typos) in this book, and a few times I disagreed with the translations given. There are also elements such as subjunctive and pronouns which come in way too early without explanation, which will completely throw off beginners.
