Received today.Love it1. putting the legs on is only slightly cumbersome.2. It's very lightweight, not quite 14 pounds.3. The cord is 6 feet.4. There were no cracks, etc5. It's very quiet.6. The fan works well and the heat comes right through7. It's not hot to touch8. It closes up with a magnet9. The 'flames' don't crackle but they do look way more realistic than old models10. It looks almost exactly like our large woodstove11. It doesn't have the "smell" of alcohol or other electric units12. It has a thermostat that will turn on and off quietly, depending on the setting but keeps the flame going.*Our real woodstove puts out so much heat no matter how we vent it (always has, I'm almost 70 using wood stoves so it's not human error)*my husband and I are disabled so to have this removes the requirement of having to go out to get wood yet have the comfort and look of a stove unless the electricity goes out. In which case we have the option of using our outside generator to keep this going.We are not disappointed.

I liked , is very good as heater , looks very nice, not noisy at all, came with remote control , is strong, is on the medium size , in general looks very pretty , color is nice, great value for the money, recommended

I had an old Honeywell that lost function of temperature control which made it dangerous. This heater is over the top fantastic in its appearance, price, functionality. My he-shed has never been so comfortable and the ambience this adds is just incredible! It's also an extremely safe option.

It is elegant and provides an abundant source of heat! It does stay cool to touch and seems safe around my cat! For a 200 square foot room, it’s perfect!

Received the heater late yesterday, several days earlier. Box was in good shape - Thank you delivery person.The legs were easy to attach and recommend a screwdriver with a magnetic tip. Believe I had read that in a previous review - thanks for the tip.The heater is quieter than I expected and so far the heat output is good. I use the heater in a finished walk out basement. There is a bit of a draft from the door, next job will be replace door, but so far the heater helps out.Fingers crossed that it will continue to work well.As far as the appearance, not bad. The wood burning affect doesn't look cheesey like some heaters do. The overall look is decent.I wish the temperature options were easier to see. But that is a minute issue.Again, too early to tell, but as of now would recommend.

Ummm, this is LITERALLY the cutest thing ever! Absolutely freaking adorable and works like a charm. Runs on a thermostat and even comes with the batteries for the remote control.

I didn't realize this was "no returns". I bought it on sale for Black Friday. Unit arrived, I plugged it in, started working great. I left the room, came back 5 mins later and the heat wasn't running- just the flame display. I tried everything in the little instruction book. The heat won't turn back on. (no, the outlet isn't overloaded, I had more than 2' of room behind and 6' on everything other side. Well ventilated room, nothing touching the unit. ) So it's clearly defective. Seller doesn't respond. BUY A DIFFERENT HEATER!
