This item is a compression wrap for for the area under your knee and above your ankle. It has 5 velcro-like straps to tighten around the leg in order to get the compression level you need. I've used this wrap on a long flight to help with my swelling and circulation. I use my compression socks and then add this wrap. My socks help with my feet but don't do a good job with my calf area. This wrap helps me get complete compression coverage of my legs below my knee where I have the issues. The neoprene material is quite comfortable and, again, you get to put the compression level that works for you. This wrap also seems like it will last, whereas my socks loose elasticity. The price point is reasonable for the quality of the leg wrap. Overall, this pair of leg wraps really provides some valuable compression for my leg inflammation.
