These are great for shadow boxing and for other "just above body weight" exercises. Super easy to grip and comfortable in the hand, even for us sort of tiny-handed folks. The coating is comfortable and does not chafe or cause blisters, even during dynamic and/or sweaty workouts.This is a MUCH better option for boxing than the wrap-around glove type weights, imho. Doesn't flop around or throw off your extension like the sandbag-sort of ones do, and you don't have to fuss around with Velcro. Will certainly be purchasing more for different weight needs.

Comfortable grip & awesome for shadow boxing!

These hand held weights are easy to hold. I purchased the one pound weights and found they were just to light but I intend to make another purchase. They do serve a purpose when walking, and now I'm ready for a heavier challenge. I'm satisfied with the product and quality.

Prev I used dumbbells which worked, but were bulky. These are MUCH mor confortable and allow for a better work out.

I love that when holding these weights, the weight is much more balanced in my hands opposed to the dumbbell type weights. Also, much more comfortable than the ones I was using.

nice comfortable weight great for walking pretty good for running.

I got the 1pound weights to start off and I've been walking and running with them. It really has changed my workouts. I also use them for shadowboxing classes. I'm surprised how 1pound was enough.
