One of my favorite desserts is Lilikoi brûlée. I also love Lilikoi bars (like a lemon bar but better). The powder is so versatile and can be used in a smoothie but even better as a dessert like ice cream, cheese cake, brûlée, bars, as a filling in pastries and especially cake! I love that this is USDA Organic. The passion flowers are harvested from the mountains in Africa. It’s a 10:1 ratio of fruit to powder and has 35 one teaspoon servings. The best before date is July 21, 2027. It states to refrigerate after opening to avoid clumping. I typically use a small grinder to get rid of any clumping before using. There’s nothing added just passion fruit! It has that sweet and tart taste that’s amazing!

On its own, it's quite tart, but this versatile powder is not only a nice addition to cakes, it tastes great in smoothies. I sprinkled some on vanilla ice-cream and had a most delicious treat. Overall, this 5 oz organic passion fruit powder is a 5. Expiration 7/2027.
