Sewing cabinet??
This company was very professional in handling my complaint. They have already issued a refund to me.Just be aware if you are ordering this cabinet for a sewing cabinet, it does not hold regular thread.Update: they contacted me and offered me some money to find replacement holders. They were very responsive. I haven't actually received any refund....yet...but stay tuned.My husband spent hours putting this together. I loved it UNTIL I went to put my spools of thread on the holders. THE WOODEN HOLDERS ARE TOO LARGE TO PUT REGULAR THREAD ON THEM. I am so disappointed. The picture shows regular thread on them. They are useless.

Where to begin. I purchased this product because it not only appeared to be good looking, it also met all the weight supporting needs for the equipment, which is something many don't take into consideration. It was also to be a Christmas Gift. During the packing process, a certain part was inadvertantly left out. As it came to be, the company was out of those parts and would not have more for at least 30 days. OOOPS!But . . . BUT!!! they jumped into action and without hesitation offered to ship out a new one that was complete and in tact. It's a fact that mistakes can happen with manufacturing, but it's all about the after market service that really makes the difference. I'd buy this product from this company any day of the week and never think twice just because of their overwhelming understanding and support. As such the new parts will be delivered by Tuesday in time for Christmas.

Easy to put together, lots of storage. Nice feature that it folds up when not in use. Very practical for a smaller room.
