OMG. I love this item. It is a bit pricey but well worth the cost. It works like a dream and has literally changed my life. I now only have to worry about litter box changes once a week. It also eliminates all the smell from the litter box. In addition, it weighs your cat. My cat loves the litter box as well as the litter box is always clean.

I struggled with spending the money on the Litter Robot, so I bought a cheaper one ($400) a month later I bought the Litter Robot. I have had it a very short time but am thrilled, my cat loves it, he even watches the clean cycle like it is TV. There is no smell, it is quiet, with easy to read buttons that are labeled appropriately (my last one was push 1 and 2 for this function, long push 3 and 1 for another). I could not be happier, so my suggestion is just get it, you will not be disappointed. It is expensive but SO worth it.

OK, first off, easy to set up, easy to add app to WIFI. Works like a dream come true for my multiple cat household. I don't use the climbing steps, it covers too much of the cat mat for dirty paws. I use Arm & Hammer Hard Ball litter. A very fine little that clumps. I have emptied the first one only once in 2 weeks and it was only 60% full. Two of my cats use this one. They took to it immediately scorning the other one I left out for 24 hours just in case they could not adjust to the new one right away. There is NO SMELL, NO MESS. Easy to empty with the bags. It does not leak litter (or anything else ) onto the floor. The mat is very easy to clean, just take it out side and open it up, give a little shake and replace it to the litter box. It's expensive, it's worth it in savings you will realize and much less tending the litter twice a day. Small business, was happy to support it. For the woman having problems, talk to the business, perhaps they can do an exchange for you.

Not as convenient as I thought it would be because I spend time daily either resetting or cleaning.I do not wish to download an app to have notifications sent to me about my cats use in a litter box. I have a work phone only. With that said, the litter robot 4 will stop functioning due to not being set up with onboarding. So, my spouse decided to use their phone and set it up today. All the steps were followed and the app won’t work because it doesn’t believe our Wi-Fi password is correct. Well if that was the case we would not be able to operate several functions of our home because my techno wizard spouse has a few things through an app that we use daily. I didn’t want to pile on so I never mentioned to my spouse that this litter robot 4 can tell you when the cat does its business. Until today when once again the litter robot 4 decided to go on strike flashing yellow to connect. I have had the system for a month. I adopted another cat literally 3 weeks ago and yes, made the purchase in anticipation of another fur friend after a loss a month earlier of a senior cat.The cat was stuck once and freaked out because it cycled when she was in it and she is about 11 pounds. I had to put a regular box out for her until she felt comfortable again. She is brave and was willing to give it an another shot.I have to reset or turn off and back on at least twice a week for the flashing yellow light to stopAnd last night it didn’t cycle at all because the flashing yellow light went off in the middle of the night. My cat used the litter and the dog cleaned it out for me this morning. What a great way to wake up this morning. 😡So it was easier to just scoop twice a day and replace the litter weekly for the 30 plus years I had cats and litter boxes.I was hoping to clean it out every other day and replace litter weekly making it less of a burden for pet sitters when we occasionally go away for 2-3 daysThat’s it reallyMy spouse thinks I’m crazy for spending $1,000+with extra supplies for something that has not performed as well as expected and now I’m beginning to regret.I am so afraid the litter robot 4 will stop when in use or not cycle when we are away for 2 days.Not the peace of mind I wanted.Luckily my cat will still use the regular litter box in another location in the event this litter robot 4 is an epic failure.Sigh…………….

So far, so good. A very expensive way to avoid cleaning the litter, but if you have health issues and don't want to scoop all the time and want a contained system, this is a great choice. The kitten took to it immediately and you get reminders/status of the use on your phone app. I clean, wipe down and fill the litter line weekly. Easy to set up. Hope it lasts.

If you don't want to clean up after your cat every time it uses the bathroom then this is the product for you. It works flawlessly. It dumps after the cat does its business and your cat has clean litter for the next use every time. Tons more sanitary than litter boxes. Also has lots of features that can be utilized through the app as well. This is my second one of these. My first one is going strong as well. Had to get a second one because we added a couple more kitties to the family. Yes the litter robot is a bit pricey but it is well worth the money. I have been a customer of litter robot/Whisker for a pretty good while now and we love there products.

I am pleasantly surprised that this works well for 3 cats. They adapted very quickly. A couple of items to note: Some of the urine clumps stick to the inside of the globe. I'm going to try Whiskers cat litter to see if that helps. Also, the seal strips came undone within the first month. Whiskers sent me a new set, complimentary as they should, however the process to install them is a bit complicated.UPDATE: installing the seal strips was easy....taking the unit apart to clean was also easy. It's a keeper.

We’ve only had it for a few days, but it’s working well. However, I did have a difficult time getting it to cycle through the app at first.. between the onboarding and the error of a cycle being interrupted somehow even though my cats weren’t present. Not sure what that was about but a day later, the problem fixed itself. I’m happy with this product so far, it cycles when it’s supposed to and it’s been making being cat owners easier.
