It arrived quickly, mixed well with minimal residue, and was easy to drink despite a sour apple taste that turned unpleasant. It kicked in after 20 minutes and lasted just over an hour, though I needed a bit more than the recommended dose. When I saw they had pre-workout, I figured I'd give it a shot - and wow, am I glad I did!The Watermelon Crush flavor is incredible. It tastes like watermelon without being overly sweet or artificial . It's refreshing and mixes smoothly, which is perfect for when I play in league.The energy boost is clean and lasting, no jitters or crashes. My focus and endurance have definitely improved.I appreciate that they've used natural caffeine and avoided artificial dyes. It feels like they've really thought about what athletes need and want. I will be buying again!

I am someone who works out regularly and I rely on various supplements to assist with my overall health, fitness goals and well-being.A pre-workout is something that is an absolute necessity to me.Without taking one, I have really compromised workouts so they are definitely a must.I have tried countless brands and flavors over the years, but I’m always searching for new ones because I’ve never been truly satisfied with any one in particular. So when I came across this I was quite interested.First off, I had no idea Reebok made supplements such as this, but since they are a quality name, I figured they must be attaching themselves to a quality product.So, I figured I would give it a shot and place an order for it.It arrived very quickly and I just started taking it yesterday.So far, so good for the most part…On the plus side, it did mix pretty well as far as pre-workouts go. It left a little bit of residue on the bottom of my glass, but nothing too bad.The thickness was fine And easy to swallow.I guess the only negative for me was the taste.It definitely smells like sour apple and when you first taste it, it does, but it quickly turns into something pretty gross lol.I was able to chug it down but not without chasing it right away with something that tasted good.As far as performance wise, it performed pretty well.It kicked in about 20 minutes After taking it, and it seems to last maybe a little over an hour.But the only thing is, I had to take a little higher of a dose because the recommended scoop size wasn’t quite enough for me.I’m going to continue to use the entire container and then at the end of it I will revisit my review and make any adjustments if needed.But for now, I think four stars is fair.The price point is also right in line with this caliber of pre-workouts so I think it’s price pretty fair.I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

The powder mixes easily into water and the green apple flavor is very tasty. I felt great all throughout my daily run after taking this pre-workout. Highly recommend!

It mixes pretty easily without a lot of grit left, and the taste is pretty good. Not a super artificial watermelon flavor - it actually has a kind of natural watermelon taste.
