The attached picture is the sofa fresh out of the packaging. It's incredible. Can't wait to see how much more incredible it becomes after a few days of puffing up. It's already very comfortable. It's firm but not at all hard. You can "sink" into it, yet not sink at all. I like how low it is to the floor. It's definitely a great sofa if you have small children and/or dogs that have a hard time jumping up onto furniture. The material on the bottom helps it "stick" to the floor so it's not sliding all over the place like a few other foam sofas I've tried. That's a huge plus. It came with 3 bigger pillows (not in the attached pic) that look to be about a standard queen size and are filled with chunks of foam. I love them. Being able to fit a normal pillowcase on the pillows and change them regularly is super fantastic. I live in a very small single wide trailer and this fits perfectly. Love how easy it is to move the pieces around. I wish I had more space so I could buy 20 more. It shipped withing 24 hours and arrived 3 days early. It came in one box and was barely 70 lbs so I had no problem getting it inside and setting it up by myself. Cannot recommend this sofa and seller enough.

I don’t understand how this sofa got so many good reviews. 1st wrong shape was sent- of course this isn’t known until it expands and is nearly impossible to return without huge efforts. Additionally it comes in two pieces so it separates- just not a good buy at all. I would stay away

I've had the couch a few weeks. Its been great. It's comfortable. It's easy to move to clean under and around. The back rest is stable enough that the couch doesn't need to be next to a wall.I would maybe consider some way to keep or fasten the round pillows on top, so they don't fall off, but that's the only issue I've had.

This couch is so comfy! Only dislike, and it's not even that bad, it's alittle smaller than I was hoping for. But, that being said, it fits perfect in the space I have it!! Color is beautiful! Takes alittle more than 48 hours to decompress. Otherwise, the couch is perfect!!!

i got the smaller option and I personally love it. the only complaint i have is the arm on the one side without the chaise is short and the back rest to seat has you sitting a a perfect 90 degree angle. you can’t really lay back and relax. but other than that is it perfect. it inflated within a day and smoothed out almost all of the wrinkles. the pillow cases and whole couch cover comes off and is washable. i already washed it and i did it on cold and it didn’t shrink, which i was worried about. the sizes and everything are all right.

The packaging is damaged, the fabric is wrinkled, and it looks very cheap, not worth the price.

This couch is super amazing! I was hesitant to buy it at first because I've never owned a couch like this before. I picked the larger one because I've had a few surgeries on my neck and it's hard for me to be mobile and get comfortable so I needed something in my living room comfortable enough for me to able to lay down. The couch is spacious and the color is amazing. It expanded really easy, however it's extremely heavy for a disabled person. Weighs 93 lbs you may need to ask for help from another person to bring it in and open the bag but once you get it out you can get it from there. Considering buying a second one I love it this much. The seller is amazing contact with them is super easy greatest purchase I've ever made! Cloud couch says it all💕
