Effective for pain in my feet. Cut one in half and apply to the area that is most painful and then use kinesiology tape to hold it on.

DO NOT BUY - Dangerous mislabeled product!
Something is seriously wrong with these patches. They’re very sticky like they’re old and the adhesive is starting to gum up. I could get past that but they are dangerously mislabeled. There isn’t any warning that they contain menthol despite ever other manufacturer mentioning it. I’m allergic to menthol and it bubbled up my skin. It’s not even listed on the box. I’ve purchased at least 15 different brands of patches and I’ve never come across a manufacturer not mentioning it has menthol.THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS MISLABELED PRODUCT!

Hard to apply
Work as expected but a difficult to place as there is only one plastic yo remove and no where to aid without getting adhesive on your fingers. Good purchase for the money
