For me it is perfect! Smaller, sharp, cuts the limbs that I can cut and want to work with. The glasses were broke in the box. Both batteries were charged so I was ready to go!

The adjuster (cog) does not work properly . It will not all the chain to be tightened back up. Chain comes loose during use. It happens on both of them so it’s not a fluke.

Works better than I expected.Was hesitant to buy this saw because of the low price even though the reviews were pretty good. Instruction sheet is very minimal. I have used gas chainsaws for many years and was hoping this small handheld saw would work for the small branches instead of the gas one. Cut a 3 inch diameter branch quickly and effortless. This will be my go to saw for the small branches instead of the loppers. My only complaint is that nowhere in the instructions does it mention oil for the saw except what to do if the blade and bar begin to smoke. Oil is very important to keep the blade lubricated and extend the blade and bar life. I used 30 weight. Someone mentioned that they did not know how long to charge the battery. When you plug the battery in the charger shows red, and when charged it shows green. Other than that I think the saw works very well and is worth the money. Keep the blade out of the dirt as it will dull it in no time. and new blades are available on Amazon super cheap. Received an email from manufacturer that said don't use oil!!!!. That makes no sense to meAdditional info. I have not seen any videos on how to change the blade. I have changed blades on gas chainsaws for years with no issues. Trying to change the blade on this saw in nearly impossible. Someone please do a video on how easy it it.
