This is a good battery, attractive, compact, lightweight, very portable. Can charge a device pretty quickly and recharges from empty in about 5-6 hours. The percentage charge indicator is nice, as is the flashlight feature, and they even threw in a plug-in led light extension. Great value.The only downside is the actual available power for charging is not the labelled 10000 mah, but more like 6800 mah. That's less than I need to fully charge my phone and android tablet while traveling. I contacted the seller to complain, and they replied in a few hours. They offered a technical explanation, which, in automobile terms, is like saying you can have an engine rated at 300 hp, but by the time that power is mechanically delivered to the driving wheels, it only equals 220 hp---ie, efficiency losses in linkages. That made sense to me (maybe I'm gullible), and I suspect their use of a common rating convention, not the practical real world impact, is not unique or deliberately misleading.In any case, they told me if the capacity was not sufficient, they would refund the full purchase price and I didnt have to return the unit. That seemed extremely generous, actually more than fair, since the battery is still a useful device and inexpensive at that. I wrote them back to thank them, and volunteered to accept a proportionate discount reflecting how I can use it, which was less than full price. They immediately made the refund I requested. Can't ask for better than that.Obviously, can't comment on long term reliability, but at this moment, the product is a good one at the price, and the seller is outstanding.

This product is great! I was a little skeptical at first because it wasn’t a brand listed on any of the “best portable power banks” lists I had spent reading before buying and it was quite under the market price for similar products, but it has surpassed my expectations.It arrived in decent packaging that kept it very safe and it was charged at 80%, meaning I could have used it immediately if I had needed to (I didn’t, so I charged it to full before it’s first use). It also came with a mesh carrying pouch and a usb book light.I have an older phone (iPhone SE) and use it often at work when it’s not busy and so the battery drains fast, even on low power mode. With all the other cables at my desk, I didn’t like having to run yet another cord, so I could charge my phone.I am not a techie, so I can’t say how well it would charge any other phone, but for my iPhone SE that is 3.5 years old I can get three or four 80% charges out of this power bank before I have to recharge it. And unlike many power banks, it will charge a device until it is completely empty. I forgot to charge it one night, and was still able to get a partial charge even though it’s available battery amount was below 9%.I also love that this bank has an LCD screen that tells me how much charging power is available. It makes knowing when to recharge a breeze. Also on this screen are input and output indicators, which are great for knowing that your device and the power bank are charging properly.The bank takes about 6-8 hours to charge fully. When I need to charge it, I plug it in before bed and when I wake up in the morning, it’s back to 100%. But you can also plug it in for an hour and get it charged enough for at least a partial charge of your device. Many power banks lose their charge capacity if not used for a few days, but this one does not. I didn’t use it for 6 days, and when I went to charge my phone, it was still at the same percentage it had been 6 days prior.It also has 2 usb ports, so you can charge 2 devices at one time. I have not done this, so I do not know how well this works, but I have faith it will be reliable if I ever do need to charge two at a time.It also includes a built-in flashlight. I don’t use it. My phone’s built in flashlight is just as bright, and a bit more convenient to use. That being said, the light is bright, has a decent radius, and is easy to turn on.The bank is about the same size and weight of an average cell phone, so it will fit in a variety of pockets and the included carrying pouch also makes it easy to carry and keep safe.It also came with a flexible, LED usb book light. I do not use it, but I did test it because I was curious and it is quite bright. The cord is a bit short to be useful as a book light, but it would make a great night light.There are only 2 things that I would say I dislike. The micro-usb cord that is used to charge the bank is quite short. It’s not a huge deal for me because the usb port I use to charge it is on a power strip I have mounted to the wall next to my bed, so I can just lay the bank on my bed while it’s charging, but those who have usb ports or blocks in less desirable locations will find the short cable inconvenient.The second thing that I don’t particularly like is that the bank will not shut off or stop charging when your phone is fully charged. If you don’t want to use up precious charging power once your phone is charged, you’re going to want to keep an eye on your phone’s battery and unplug it once it’s full.All in all, if you’re looking for an affordable and reliable power bank, this GETIHU Portable Charger is a great choice!

My wife and I have been using this for over a year off and on and have never had any issues with it. It charges her new iPhone well and my newish android phone just as well. It is great to keep around for travel and long days at work or away from home. I used this while waiting for my wife's surgery so I could use my phone playing games and social media without worrying about a dead phone when I might really need it. Easy to carry in pocket or purse and has good capacity for more than one full charge easily. The flashlight feature is a nice touch and the digital capacity display is very handy.

When i first bought it, I was hoping it could maintain its charge. Heck, I watched it to see how long it took to get to 100%. (4 hours by the way.)Im very happy with the product. I take it to work & charge it up while it charges up my phone. With its Duel USB ports I could charge my tablet & Cell Phone. Its larger than those old Duracell Chargers from 5 years ago (cheaper & better too). I can hide it in my backpack while charging my phone. With its digital screen, I can tell how much charge it takes to get my phone to100%. It oddly has a built in flashlight that can be turned on with 2 clicks of the on button.Though, the problem is I have to click that same button to get it to charge if it goes to idle. It also means you have to check the screen to make sure its still on. Though when its charging it doesn't have this problem. Just don't leave it unplugged I guess.Otherwise, its a pretty good product for the price.
