Chair pictured with description is what I purchased but has now changed to a different model.
Review is for picture item since the chair has changed since I last purchased it:Better and lighter then the mobility scooter( that costed more money then the chair) I bought previously. It weighs about 30lbs when folded. (With or without battery in place) It fits in the back a Jeep Cherokee trunk and fills the area with the joystick in place. I don't let the battery in place while the Jeep is parked. It goes fast, turning & backing up is easy and it fits through tight spaces. The horn is loud and I take it everywhere when I go out since I am unable to walk long distances. I don't use it daily so I can't tell you how long the charge actually last but since I have owned it I might have charged it 2/3times.Only CON I have is that customer service can't tell me if they have a replacement battery and I have tried several times contacting them and asked to which item I give them the link(before the chair changed) and got no response. I would like to have a second battery as a back up.

A Lifesaver!
I had previously tried a 3-wheel Electric Scooter, but had a couple of spills with it.I love this Wheelchair! Today was my first day taking it beyond my driveway. I had been using in my house for only 5 days. It was at 35 degrees in the mid-afternoon. I took it 8 blocks to Fred Meyer (mostly downhill), bought a couple of sodas, and returned home again uphill. My belt was too short, but I feel secure in my seat without it. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 270 lbs. and it handles well. The manual that came with it was not updated for the improved battery. I have only charged it once and it took less that 3 hours. The seat is at a height that allows me to get out of it without help. The low price put it within my reach and its features compared favorably to one I was looking at, but couldn't afford, that would have cost me twice as much. It came fully assembled, except for having to insert the control in the armrest.

Speed setting would be nice
It has a mind of its own & only has 2 speeds. Go like a bag out of hell or suddenly reverse. I'll stop it & go to get out of it & it'll start moving again. No, it's not me accidentally hitting the joystick. Not every time but I'd say 2 out of 3. Yesterday I went to get out of it in the bathroom & it suddenly went full speed into the tub. Luckily I was not injured. The good thing about it is that it's very narrow since I have an old house, however every baseboard is completely wrecked & I knocked the bathroom door off the bottom hinge cause you barely hit the joystick & it TAKES OFF!

For the price... a few little hassles
Good power chair. Overall I'm satisfied.Mine was delivered just before going on a cruise. Checked as baggage on the flight to departure. When we arrived at the hotel the night before, one of the tires was flat. Was able to get to a bicycle shop that repaired the tire. Also had to have the arm rest bolt replaced. (After the cruise the other arm rest bolt came out, but I found the bolt and added a lock washer to prevent a recurrence.)The chair is too wide to enter through the cabin door on cruise ships, unless you get an accessible cabin. I collapsed the chair and took it into the cabin sideways. It does have wheels for when the chair is collapsed, but they are not spinner type wheels, so I had to lift, take a step, lift - repeat.A tool kit does come with the chair. I will have to make a point to check the bolts periodically. For flying, the chair does not latch closed when collapsed. I bought a luggage strap to be able to strap it together while going through baggage. I also removed joy stick and placed it between the seat & seat back before strapping it up for the flight.Steering is sometimes difficult. I am 6'3" and weigh 300 lbs. When trying to back up, the front wheels need to turn around, and sometimes my feet are in the way.I haven't figured out how to attach a cup holder - yet.Make no mistake, it is heavy, but does the job

See update ..... Good electric wheelchair but terrible customer service
The media could not be loaded. EDITED: The company reached out to me after reading this review. They informed me that the emails I had sent went to an unchecked folder in error. They promptly addressed my concerns. The chair was essential for my husband to get around the house and this helped him tremendously until he passed.I have also included a photo of it folded up and fitting perfectly in the trunk of our Tesla Model 3._____________________________________My husband has cancer and is unable to walk more than a few steps, so this chair has been very helpful for him to get around the house. The good:It folds down very well, it can fit in the trunk of a Chevy Bolt and a Tesla Model 3.It is quiet when in use.It goes relatively fast.It is nice that the battery can come out for charging without needing to take the whole chair out.The bad:It is not comfortable for tall people. My small nine year old looks far more comfortable in it than my husband. The seat is not comfy for longer periods. The range is nowhere close to what is advertised. After going through the mall for an hour or so the range was only was only at 2/5.The terrible:The customer service is non-existent. I contacted them twice at the provided email address and have yet to receive a response after several weeks. This is a fairly expensive piece of equipment and to not get a response back to basic questions is not reassuring. I may return the chair based on the lack of service.
