Quality and pricing
It works great. I had a minor tooth ache and I used this and within minutes the pain went away. Let add that I swooshed it around for ten minutes.

This is pretty good for oil pulling. I usually try another brand but wanted to try something different and this was less expensive than the normal brand i used. So far I would try it again. I haven't been using it long enough to see if it has made a difference but i will continue to. use it and give an update on it if i see any significant changes.

Easy to use
Can’t say whether or not I’ve seen any benefits because I’ve been using it for less than a week BUT it is much easier to use than taking solid coconut oil and chew-swishing that around your mouth waiting for it to melt enough. The textures from that alone made we want to vomit.This is much more tolerable and it’s been easy for me to add a few drops of oregano oil and tea tree oil for added benefits. As long as I see results, I would buy this again.

Nice clean teeth
I had never done oil pulling before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. After the first use, I was impressed. It is amazing how clean your whole mouth feels after swishing this stuff in your mouth. This oil has a nice scent and refreshing feel. I haven’t seen much improvement in the whitening of my teeth yet, but they feel much cleaner after brushing when I swish with this first. The only down side is you can’t spit this out in the sink or it could clog your drain. You need to have a waste basket or empty jar near by for disposal. Also, this oil is a bit messy. I have to cover the lid with a Kleenex when I shake it before use or I have leakage from the lid all over my counter. Not sure if I would buy this brand again, but would like to keep oil pulling in my routine.
