Properly set expectations
I tend to rate versus what I expect for the price...I don't expect a Ferrari for the price of a Ford. This shed was as expected. My only complaint is the instructions appeared to be erroneous in a place or two, but easily addressed. All parts were there, everything fit, and it works very well for my needs. Note the slope of the roof - if you place up against your home, rain will run towards the back - closer to your foundation. But the product is an excellent value for the $.

Patiowell 5x3 FT Outdoor Storage Shed
This 5'x3' shed is surprisingly good quality, and I think a bargain for $125-ish. Here are my thoughts after the install:PRO's:Very affordable.Every single hole except the two tiny little overlapping holes on the middle roof panels lined up. I had to re-drill those 2 holes - no big deal.Door hang perfectly level.Instructions were pretty easy to go from - except for the RH and LH door frame parts and the top and bottom door reinforcement ribs (see CON's for more info). No missing parts, even had a few extra fasteners.Looks good after assembly, finish pant durability yet to be determined.Structure is surprisingly rigid after tightening down all the screws.CON's:Instructions (drawing detail) was not clear enough regarding the top and bottom door reinforcing ribs, just too dang small, I even used a magnifying glass to try to determine the orientation. The manufacturer put the door frame labels over the protective plastic, so when we tore off the plastic, we lost track of which side was LH or RH. After some trial and error, got it figured out.The protective plastic wrap. OH my .... what a colossal pain in the rear. I had seen a couple reviews saying it's a 3-4 hour install. I call BS on that. It took my wife and I about 7 hours and other than the two "problems" mentioned above, it went well. I even used an electric drill for all the fasteners. There were some dents in the metal, about half way up from the ground. I'm assuming from the package being palletized for shipping? I did not notice any damage to the box. Instructions say you can "fix" the dents with a pair of pliers - good luck with that. This shed is not in my back yard where I would notice the dents on a daily basis, otherwise I might have complained, and I did not get to put it together until well after the return period. It did leak a little, but it was a hard, driving rain. If you have something in it that MUST be kept dry, then bag or containerize it.Install tip - do not tighten down ANY fasteners (other than the bottom frame after making sure it's square). Put everything together, then go back and tighten all the fasteners. I believe that is why 99.9% of the holes lined up.Despite the CON's, I'd still recommend this shed. Just allow at least 6 hours to assemble, unless you don't care about removing the protective plastic wrap.

Would order again, just what I needed.
Order came in on time. Shed was perfect size. Holes matched. Came with gloves and tools needed to put it together. You definitely need at least 2 people. Color was exact. Few hours to get up and then strap down. Straps come with the shed. I am now almost 2 years later writing this saying it is still standing strong no problems. Storms and all it didn't budge and nothing got wet. Has vents for ventilation. I added 3 inch 12x12 gym pads I was tossing out and fit perfectly over the small lip on the bottom Frame which assuming it helps extra support but if I had to order all over again and deal with the stress of finding one that will last with boys bikes motorcycles and lawn items in and out....I'd Order again. Don't get me wrong it will dent. We had a fishtank frame thar fell into it and I expected a huge dent or the door broken and just a small dent. That was a surprise and the 5 stars it needed. No warping nothing. Great choice and worth it and still functioning perfectly.

This shed is not what was sold in the 60's!!
Instructions are vague. The metal is very very flimsy but goes together pretty easily on the bottom. The support bars for the roof are longer than the shed because the shed itself was not 10 by 12 but 9 ft 10 inches by 11 ft 10 inches. So the beams on the roof are too long for the shed. The ends of the shed that the beams connect to that have the vents are so flimsy they are comparable to flashing in thickness. They won't hold their shape when you're trying to put them up at all. If you are looking at it from the standpoint of integrity and strength, it fails in so many ways. I would NEVER order one of these again. I pretty much ended up buying bits and parts and had to build my own shed. IF that shed was in school, it would get an F hands down. The only thing I was even partially happy with were the beams that were too long for the roof! They were somewhat sturdy. But there were holes that wouldn't line up, other holes that were predrilled for who knows what reason, and it would be really nice if there was writing explaining the directions ALONG WITH the pictures that you can barely see. UNHAPPY UNHAPPY UNHAPPY all the way around from the shed not being the size advertised, from the flimsy tin, the screws and bolts were a laugh, plastic washers were also so not hilarious. Don't get this shed, just build one from wood and put metal on it. Way more frustration than its worth.

You get what you pay for
Putting this shed together is some work. I hired 2 life long carpenters to build this shed and it took them 7 hours to complete. There are some many screws to place it can get frustrating. It looks very nice, but does not appear very durable. The paneling is very thin and will damage if you bump or ram sometime into it. The size is misleading, the ceiling is very low. I am only 5"3' and have to watch my head while walking around inside. I packed it pretty good but it does not have room for very many items. I would advise to add a few more screws/nails to the base to make it more secure. It only comes with 4 for the entire base which will not hold up in high winds. Overall the price is low for a reason, it is a small shed but can work for you if you are realistic of it's capabilities.
