I connected it to power supply 12.8v dc, turned it on and it worked first time. The only thing that's disappointing is the range of the bluetooth.

This is a powerful heater that looks and feels well built but with one major flaw.. it doesn’t come with a plug that is safe or sufficient to power it. The provided plug is unfused and only 10amp (yet the instructions state this machine requires a 12amp plug). I sorted this by purchasing the appropriate plug separately however you should be very aware of this before purchasing and this as it poses safety concerns.This issue aside the heater does work well and is extremely efficient at heating a room. I’m using it in my garden workshop and it heats the 4m x 4m space very quickly and sufficiently and I love that I can use the timer function to schedule it to make the workshop warm before I get in there. The LED screen and associated buttons do a good job of allowing you to adjust the temperature, flow direction etc. however, I opted to download the ‘Hcalory’ app on my iPhone to control the heater remotely which I find is much more convenient. Noise levels are a bit high whilst getting to temperature but after that it does quiten down.Overall a very efficient heater that has a large capacity diesel tank and plenty of controls but unfortunately it is let down by the plug. This would be ideal for garages/workshops/outhouses and campers.

We have used this to heat the awning of the caravan and it is working well. It is very effective at heating this space which will be fantastic over the winter.We have directed the hose under the awning and as a result there are no noticeable smells, which was a concern I had with it being diesel. Any fumes go straight outside.It takes 6 litres of diesel, and there is a remote to use it, or there is a touch screen on the unit.The unit itself looks decent. It just looks like a tool case. There are instructions on the case which inform you that the heater will cool itself once switched off, so leave it too cool as opposed to unplugging it for safety.An excellent solution which is cheaper to run that the usual portable heaters, and it appears to be very good quality so we're hoping it'll last a good few years at least.

I have a house with basement which is a very cold and humid space. I wanted to install some radiators there but it would cost a lot for installation. Therefore, for now I am using this diesel heater to keep the humidity level fairly low and to keep steady temperature. An app is a good way to do it as you can remotely set up the temperature and it will keep it fairly steady. App itself is not bad with everything fairly easy to navigate and set up.It is not the quietest when it heats up the room but when it goes into only keeping the temperature at one level it is fairly quiet.The 6L tank will lasts for a while but the cold days are coming so I reckon the diesel usage will increase.I like that it has a handle and the whole thing is not too heavy so it is very easy to move it around.It comes with exhaust pipe and inlet pipe and a vent grill and pipe so you can set it up as you wish but the length of these might not be enough for some people. I had to buy slightly longer exhaust pipe as it is only 1mwter long and I need it about twice as much. However, this is not an issue.Overall, everything works fine for now, so hopefully it will get through the winter well.

We got this heater for our summer house and the built quality is great.Once the heater has come up to temperature it isn’t too noisy. The toolbox design is quite snazzy and the tank has a capacity of 6l. The heater comes with a remote control and I also found the app easy to navigate. Makes a huge difference in the colder weather.

This is a brilliant portable air heater that looks on the outside like it could be an oversize briefcase with a its plastic outer casing and carry handle.On arrival the heater comes with a separate accessories box which contains various items such as exhaust pipe, heating pipe, silencer, air filter, power supply, remote and instructions.The heater has a 6 litre diesel capacity tank which sits at the top of the unit and can be started up after connecting to a power supply via the accompanied remote control. There is additionally a phone for control of the unit although being able to control the unit via the front LCD display and remote was fine enough.After starting the unit hot air comes out of the main pipe immediately. The exhaust pipe is about half a metre long and attaches to the back of the unit and must obviously filter the exhaust fumes outside. The heater is not too noisey and produces more of a drone.This heater is ideal for workshop areas and camping especially at altitude.One word of warning is to not disconnect the power immediately to switch the heater off due to it having very hot internals it may damage it and therefore to power off the unit via the remote which will switch the unit off and keep the internal fan going for a short duration to cool it off.Overall this is a fantastic portable heating solution for storing in the back of your truck especially with a road job or out in colder conditions.
