If you’re buying this….IT IS SILENT! You have the option to plug it in and listen to the frequency you choose but it works SILENTLY! You did not waste your money, frequency is energy. You don’t need sound proof that it works. TUNE IT and watch the effects happen in real life in REAL LIFE! I swear by this thing I love it. It has created a peaceful environment in my home. We sleep great! I’m waking up fully rested and at 528hz I’m a lot happier in my day to day. We are energy! We emit energy! Your environment emits energy! If we can change the energy to our benefit in our own home DO IT! This is extremely cheap for the benefits you receive and those YouTube videos have been proven to not be the frequency they say it is tuned to. BUY THE REAL THING! THANK ME LATER!

This is the first time we have used an item of this nature. I'm not sure if it is a placebo affect or if it actually works but we did notice a difference. We haven't ventured out to use all of the frequencies yet but we have used the 10Hz and the 285 HZ. The 10 Hz is associated with deep meditation and relaxation. We used it for sleep and I have to say I felt like I slept so deeply that I did actually notice a difference and I felt more rested after using. The 285HZ promotes tissue repair and recovery. This is one I think we will use the most for as we get older it takes a little more to recover from our time in the gym and every bit helps. I think we are really going to enjoy this product, glad I discovered it.

Story time! So the day this came in the mail I had woken up wl a crick in my neck. Now idk about the next person but when I get a crick it usually lasts a few days but during those few days the intensity gradually decreases. Anyway, I tried it the evening I got it.. tuned it to 528hz.. woke up the next day & y’all….. when I tell you my crick was gone it was completely GONE! No lingering pain or discomfort, no stiffness & I could rotate my neck in every direction! On top of that, I slept all through the night wl no interruptions & I felt well rested, a sleep I haven’t experienced in a long time. I was genuinely impressed. & that was all on 528hz. I can’t wait to explore the other healing frequencies, this is so worth the buy!

This thing is junk used it once and never worked again. I would never order this again from the quack.

We had wanted a hz generator for a long time, but the ones we found were very expensive. This one is not, and yet it produces any hz frequency you input. The keypad is small and there is no off/on switch, so to turn it off simply unplug it. You need speakers, which we had. I mention these things not in complaint but for general info to share with other buyers who might appreciate the info. It is super easy to use - you don't need to be a tech or sound guru to get it to work and the sounds it produces are very clear. Simply key in the hz frequency you desire and push the "ok" button. Both me and my husband have enjoyed trying out different frequencies for relaxation/meditation/healing and found it exceeds our expectations 100x!
