An absolute gem of a keyboard. Almost nostalgic mechanical feel from keyboards of old.
The media could not be loaded. Best keyboard I have ever used. Happily writing this review on my Kinst keyboard on my 2024 Mac MiniThe keys feel extremely comfortable to type with and have a very quality feel. Overall, the build quality is phenomenal, especially for its price. The connectivity options are great with you being able to pair via bluetooth, 2.4G wireless, or via a USB cable. Specific to the bluetooth, what's nice is that you can pair to three different devices and is pretty seamless ( just hit Fn + w, e, or r for each individual bluetooth connection). The USB has a little cutout underneath the keyboard where you can run the USB cable for a cleaner look. The USB cable that Kisnt includes is also a heavy duty braided cable which is nice. The sound is " Creamy" as the item description alludes to. Very gratifying. Reminds a lot of an old typewriter. The only three potential issues that others may have is1. The sound is "nice" to listen to when you're the only one in a room. However, if you're in an office setting surrounded by colleagues in a close vicinity, they are all going to know when you are typing. It's a bit on a louder side. Not a big deal for me as I work from home, but if you're in the presence of others, be mindful this keyboard is NOT shy about being heard.2. As I mentioned, this keyboard feels like it is built like a tank. However, that may (for others) be a downside as the it's a little bit heavier than other keyboards; as such, if you are taking this keyboard with you in a backpack, just keep in mind the added weight.3. The rainbow backlight may be distracting to some.

Fantastically good!
I hadn't bought a new keyboard for a few years, and didn't expect to since the ones I already had were pretty good. Then I saw a review of this one on youtube, and though I would give it a try. They don't include the spare key switches and alternate coloured key caps any longer, but that's not really an issue. What is - or might be for some - is the lack of driver software to do all the clever stuff creating light shows, macros and the like. It can be downloaded though when you can find it!In use, this is astonishingly good for a keyboard that costs $49. It is an all-plastic design, which doesn't inspire confidence on first sight, but it is in fact rigid and very solidly made. Unlike a lot of mechanical keyboards, this doesn't have the switches exposed but encased as is more common generally, so it doesn't look all that remarkable. Looks can be deceiving though, because this one not only has USB, wireless (with included dongle) and BlueTooth connectivity, with up to three BT pairings, but it also has the feel of a good 1980's style keyboard, though with backlighting and a gloriously wide variety of lighting effects. The keys are hot swappable, and the backlights are 'south facing' so even though they don't shine through the keycaps, they do illuminate very nicely. It can be a bit hit or miss to get the pattern you want, or indeed to have a solid all-on backlight in one or many colours, but it's well worth it for the visuals. And typing on it is fantastic. The feel is smooth and moderate so you know you've hit a key, and the sound is not loud, but very satisfyingly 'thocky'.Get one - it has a switch for PC or Mac use, and it connects to just about any computer, and if you take your keyboards seriously, you'll thank yourself!

An amazing value, keeb-wise
Having seen rave reviews of this low-priced MK, I was prepared to be impressed, but not _this_ impressed! Aside from an aluminum case (it's entirely plastic—but _good_ plastic), this board seems to have everything:• High-quality double-shot PBT keys (not "caps", guys—those are the removable legends on Model M's 😉)• A heavy, solid build including shock- and echo-absorbing inner layers• Three connection modes (two wireless, one wired)• Real RGB lighting, with 20 animation effects• Excellent pre-lubed linear switches• That fabulous "thocky" sound associated with boards costing much moreI honestly don't know how this company packed so much quality into such a reasonably priced product, but they have my admiration. ⌨️😊👌

Excellent feel/sound and function for the intro price.
This keyboard is just as advertised. It feels solid, sounds incredible (if you like a marble-y kinda sound), and functions well. Seems solidly constructed. While being a 5-star product at its price, it's not a perfect product by any measure. I'm hesitant to download the configuration software, for example, and especially since I really don't want to customize much. However, I'm finding that I'm unable to toggle through some of the backlight function settings that instructions _seem_ to imply should 'just work' from the keyboard. I'm on a Mac, though, so it's possible a USB connection to Windows might make things behave differently. The cable connection is oddly shaped making it a little awkward to plug and unplug if you were to need to do so regularly. That said, these are nitpicks that don't detract from the keyboard's value for price - which seems to be exceptional. It is worth noting that the price here has jumped significantly (30%) since my purchase this past weekend in response to rising demand. As the price increases over the list price, those little bothers start to matter more in the value proposition. YMMV and all that.**Note: Currently shipping units DO NOT include the additional keycaps that were shipped with the original editions that are showing up in online reviews. This IS indicated above in the description but is buried. And I continue to have issues managing the LED - which is an exceptionally small thing but a growing annoyance.
