Such an amazing table! I did a lot of research before purchasing this table and I saw some mixed reviews but I’m so glad I went with the 100” Hawthorne. It has far surpassed my expectations and is a great value for the price point. The delivery people were very professional and were kind enough to bring the box inside the house. The table was well packaged and although it’s heavy, was relatively easy to assemble. It did take a few people to lift the top on the base but that’s to be expected. So happy with this purchase. I can’t speak to the quality of the other models but the Hawthorne is very well made and will look stunning in any room. We enjoy using it and I’m sure it will provide years of fun!

Nice table. I'm very impressed with the quality of parts and construction. Felt seems to be of good quality, bumpers and side rails have just the right amount of spring and the leather pockets have relaxed nicely and now sit in a very downward position.Sturdy, not too difficult to build. The instructions were very clear right up until the end when you need some guidance on how to go about flipping the table upright. They simply say don't roll it over on the legs (they'll break) and have 4 adults available to pick up the table and set it down on the legs.Okay, great advice, but, the table weighs in excess of 450 pounds(!), and just flip it over is not really practical. My solution is to only attach one side's legs, turn the table over so that those legs are in place, put saw horses under the other side and attach the other legs.Highly recommended!!!!

Pool table is good. It would be nice if some holes in the wood would be predrill. Shipping was horrible. Shipping has two stages and the first stage was late for 2 days and second stage did not call me to schedule, they just decide they will deliver when ever they want. That is why I am putting 4 stars because I am grading the whole experience.

I brought this pool table so I could have some quality and entertaining time with friends and family. When the package arrived it was pretty heavy, so had to call in some additional help to get it to the second floor game room area. I had called in professional help for assembly which I felt was a good decision, since I don't think I would have been able to manage it by myself easily. The pool table after assembly looked really sturdy and pretty! I was feeling really happy with the purchase, but unfortunately my happiness was short lived. The moment the assembly guy used the brush (came along with the pool table) over the green felt to clean it, it started shedding, and pieces of cloth started coming out. He said that he hasn't seen a more poor quality of the felt before, and I agree with him. The quality of the cloth is horrible - it keeps shedding, and every time I have to go and use a vacuum cleaner to clean up balls of cloth as they keep coming out. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. For the price I had to pay for it, feels like a daylight robbery! Better to put your money into a more high quality pool table.

This pool table is great. Looks amazing and quality is good. It took up about three hours to assemble but everything fit just right according to the instructions. Packaging was great as well. There was a little damage on the outside but that was expected for the weight and size. Came with two boxes, large and small. The only thing that was frustrating was the shipping. The shipper changed the dates a couple of times but where they failed is sending two guys with no tools to help unload a box this weight and size. Plus one of the guys almost walked across the box if I hadn’t stopped him. The shipper was NSD.

Woodheaven. First order came broken and missing legs. Made 20 different phone calls, emails...finally Returned it. Then i Ordered the same one again. Second order came perfect, 3 highschool boys built it in about 3 hrs, heavy and sturdy but the table is smaller than my 8ft leather pool table cover.

Table shipped in 5 days and was in perfect condition. 2 hours to assemble. Used drill on low torque to help speed the process up. Looks just as advertised. Great purchase!

But, 3 cracks in the wood,1 being bad enough you'd fall over snaping a big piece of wood off. 2 scuffs on the green 1 being a really bad one. And I didn't receive cues, balls, rack, chalk.... Anything....
