After washing my hair I blow dry it and gently straighten it with the straightener to reduce frizz and then wear this device over my head and hair. This stuff is great once you get the hang of the method that works for you! I don't wash my hair every day, about every 3 days, and after using this my hair was just as good on the 2nd and 3rd day.
