Crystal clear
It has been a few weeks I believe and so far no problems, the camera is sharp and the zoom is amazing, people on the other end can finally see everyone in the room without grainy video. Setting it up was simple I had it running with zoom in maybe twenty thirty minutes at most, and the speaker is another great thing, calls sound natural and the noise cancellation actually works, I thought this was going to be a false advertisement but the noise cancellation feature worked, I have taken calls while my dog was barking in the background and no one on the other end even noticed this and I asked about it and no one could tell me.

Solid camera, and good customer service
The VL12U camera has very good optics and smooth PTZ controls. I am working on using it as a possible reference camera for a hybrid meeting solution on Zoom. Some participants will be in the meeting room and some online. With the PTZ we can focus in on each speaker to give a good view to the online participants.Initially I had a problem with my order, but the Tenveo team reached out to me and worked through the issue to a very good resolution. I am impressed with their responsiveness and commitment.

Good Product
The product is well-designed. It’s super easy to set up. The camera is very clear and smart when we use it in our meeting room. It is convenient for us to have a meeting (around 20-30 people ), and the effect of sound is perfect. The price is also very affordable.
