UPDATE: I changed my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. This company responded very quickly to make me happier than I even asked for! I had replacement dishes in just a few days. You can't go wrong with this company!I received two sets of these dishes today. They are almost exactly what I hoped they would be. They are heavy weight and they are beautiful! However, there were minor flaws on three of the dinner plates and on one bowl. Most of the issues were tiny brown/black spots that won't wash off. I have contacted the company to see if they will replace the defective pieces. If they do, then I would give these five stars based on appearance. I have not used them yet, so I don't know how they will hold up.

This ceramic dinnerware set for 4 is beautiful, classic, plain white. Very elegant and heavy, the way you expect ceramic to be. Well made set that I would recommend.

This is a nice set of dishes, simple and elegant. Unfortunately, even though they came well packed, one of the dinner plates was broken. I’m still using them, but the dinner plate is what gets used the most, sad face.

This is a great set of bowls, plates and big plates because it contains the right sizes and has a curved lip amongst reasons that make it great. Ive been using it for a week now and my family all like the new plates and have instantly taken to using them without hesitation. The bowls are designed simple and modern for a good healthy portion, not too small or too big. The small plates are everybodys favorite because they are the right size and have a nice curved lip to prevent sliding of food. We havent used the large plates yet because we havent prepared anything too large to necessitate the need for the large plate, but Im sure once we have guests they will get used for sure. These are very sturdy set also, weve banged them around in the sink no chips or breaks, very sturdy. Overall for under $50 this is a great set to choose and cant go wrong.

I’ve been using this for the past two months and true to what they say. It has not gotten any scratches so I think it’s definitely scratch resistant. I also love that it’s so simple but spacious. The dinner plate is very heavy and has a lot of room in. It just looks very pretty when you plate your food. It comes with dinner plates, a smaller salad plate, and a soup Bowl. These are very heavy duty, sturdy, and very heavy plates and bowls. I would definitely recommend this if you’re looking to upgrade or simplifier dinnerware set. I really wanted something simple yet you can add to it easily which this is definitely something you can add other pieces here and it’ll work out because it’s all white. And it’s a great every day dinnerware set. I definitely recommend it and I think it’s really good quality.

I wanted this set to replace a dinnerware set that has seen better days. This 4 place set comes with a good sized dinner plates, dessert plates, and generously sized bowls. They are made from porcelain, oven fired and finished in a durable glaze. The set looks elegant and suitable for everyday use or for entertaining. I first placed the set into my dishwasher fresh out of the box, and they came out perfect with no damage. I also tried microwaving a plate of lasagna and a bowl of oatmeal, and I can say these dishes are microwave safe.Overall, I think this is a very good set of dishes that look and perform great. The only thing I don’t like about them is they are on the heavier side, making them harder to handle and hand wash. But I do love the way the set looks and how versatile it is. The porcelain and white color combines for a timeless look that will last through any design trend.

One challenging thing about buying dishes online is the very real risk of something showing up broken or cracked in shipping. However, we decided to try these dishes out as my wife and I really liked the simple, elegant design at a very good price. A few observations:* Unfortunately, one of the large plates broke when shipping. The rest of the plates did pretty well but obviously, this is a real challenge as we no longer have a matching set.* The dishes have a heavy, well-made quality to them and the modern design looks very premium* A number of friends commented on the beautiful design and overall feel of the dishes* The dishes are dishwasher safe and even after multiple runs with high heat drying look just like when they arrivedHad these arrived without being broken, I am sure we would have given them 5 stars as they look and feel very premium.

The dinnerware was well packed but mine came with several flaws and chips. I didn't find any shards in the box so it must have been shipped that way? I am not sure, but this set of cermicware does not seem durable to me like Corningware which I have used for decades and find to be top quality. In comparison, this set seems fragile and full of imperfections. I do not recommend this set.
