I love this walking pad. I have very limited space in my apartment and this walking pad does not take up too much space. I have it in my living room and I will watch TV while walking. I walk at level 2.4-2.6 and I can get a great walk at that level. You can even get up to a light jog. I enjoy walking outdoors but when the weather is bad, the walking pad is the best alternative for me. I use it just about daily, sometimes twice a day. The sound it makes is not that loud to me. I honestly don't pay too much attention to the sound as I'm watching TV or listening to music. It was easy to assemble. It came with belt lubricant. You can also download an app with workouts, and it will notify you the walking pad needs lubricant. I recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to speed the money on a treadmill and does not have the space for a treadmill. I'm considering purchasing another one for my office.

I have had this for a month. It works really well and I am very happy with my purchase!Walking Pad BeltThe belt works well. You need to follow the instructions to tighten/loosen and grease as needed. If not greased it will not slide well and this will cause some issues other reviewers had like belt moving. I use this 5-7 times a week and have regreased twice to ensure it doesn’t slip. Follow the instructions on when to regrease.MovabilityThis walking pad is easy to move. About 40 lbs but has wheels so very easy. I store under a futon couch and move under my work desk throughout the week. It the weight is not an issue. The wheels work extremely well.SturdinessThe walking pad is sturdy. It does not have issues with weight or bending. Includes incline screws that can be used.Remote ControlRemote worked well. I used it while waiting for app to register. Great benefit.App and SupportThe app works well. I did have an issue getting the email code. I contacted support. Vivian was fantastic. She fixed the code issue I had and also set up the warranty for me. Less than a day to have everything fixed. App is set up, I am registered, and app is easy to use.NoiseThis is not loud. Quieter than treadmills I have had. Can hold a concession easily while on. I use it in meetings and when I have been unmuted no one notices noise. Zoom and Webex do a great job for background noise reduction. Only reason anyone notices is it looks like I am walking on the video.OverallSturdy and well made. Noise is minimal. App works well. This treadmill is an excellent small treadmill as advertised. Runs smoothly and stores easily under the bed. My only complaint and it's not really about the product is it's a little narrow for the way I walk I guess and I've found myself catching my foot on the side edge. I have to be very conscious of the way I walk. It's very quiet as well.

I am very pleased with this treadmill/walking pad. It is very quiet, easy to move, and seems to be made of high quality/durable materials. The compact size is great for sliding under a standing desk to keep active while working. I appreciate the integration of a phone application and the ability to control from both the app and the included remote. The belt itself is comfortable, and the kit includes all you need to keep it well oiled/maintained at the right settings over time. I initially had an issue with the remote, but it turned out to be user error and the manufacturer customer support team was very helpful in getting me squared away. Highly recommend!

Pros:- Slim design that fits well in my space- The app is user-friendly and has a good feel- Operates quietly, which is great- Easy to move around with the wheels- Lightweight and manageableCons:- I’m REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED with how this treadmill supposedly integrates with the Apple Health app and really does not. It ONLY READS DATA from the app but DOES NOT WRITE DATA to apple health. This means it won’t help close your rings or track and upload your steps, which was the main reason I purchased it.- I find no value in it reading my health data - that only benefits the company not me as I have plenty other apps that do that. I need my data centralized it my apple health or apple fitness app.- The product also claims to allow a choice between imperial and metric units, but the app only shows imperial.

The media could not be loaded. I have recently been diagnosed with pelvic congestion syndrome and part of my recovery from surgery is to walk. I really don’t like walking outside when it’s cold so this walking pad will do the trick! It’s the perfect size, not too big, wide enough to feel comfortable and that you won’t fall off, long enough for deeper strides, goes up to 3.8 MPH giving you a light jog ability. My husband was able to use it with ease and comfortability, me, and our kids as well. Great for basically any age and size! I like that it can be elevated as well, easy to add the legs at different heights. It’s not super loud, you can’t really hear it when you’re in walking mode and your tv is on. Least important detail, but I appreciate that it’s pink too 😍

The treadmill itself is about what you'd expect at this price point—basic, functional, but not without issues. Mine developed a minor display defect within the first two weeks, which was disappointing. That said, the seller's customer service was excellent. They responded quickly, offered a partial refund, and made the process very smooth. I appreciated the way they handled the situation and stood by their product. If you're on a tight budget and want a compact treadmill with no frills, this might suit your needs—as long as you're comfortable with the occasional DIY fix or minor imperfection.Keep the box (I didn't!) in case you want to return it.
