The shipping box was really great. It had 3" foam on all side corners. The top and bottom corners also had 3" foam corners. As a result, rough handling would not touch the cabinet. The drawers have the hanging folder rails built in to side of each drawer. No need to buy inserts for each drawer. There is a wire stop in each draw to prevent files form moving around. Now I am sure you could find a bigger, stronger file cabinets in office furniture stores but they will be at least twice the price. The delivery was great and the cabinet dose the job well. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality for the price! Drawers easy to open and close and overall weight provides a very stable filing cabinet. It also comes with a wall attachment to prevent the possibility of falling on anyone.

I find this cabinet as sturdy as the ones I have used in business offices, and FedEx delivered it on time and without scratches or dents. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come in a brown color to match the room decor. A good buy.

The filing cabinet arrived three days early in perfect condition, not a single dent or scratch. Drawers move smoothly with locking capability. Sturdy and heavy - great quality. Pleasantly surprised at the value for the money!

Our only concern is that we have to be extremely careful to not let it tip. They do provide an "anchor system" with it, but that means you have to screw it into the wall, which we don't want to do. We'll just be extra careful.

This file cabinet is advertised on Amazon as a commercial grade file cabinet. It is NOT! The quality of this file cabinet is the same as one you would purchase at Walmart. How do I know. I have commercial grade file cabinets at home so I know the difference. I expected a heavier grade steel and this one one is tinny. I needed something with less depth than a regular sized file cabinet so that is the reason I ordered this one. For the price of this, I expected more than a Walmart quality file cabinet. Disappointed for sure. It did come packaged well with styrofoam all around the edges protecting the file cabinet. It’s a good thing too, because of the way the Fed Ex person tipped it end over end from the truck to the edge of our porch and then drug it the last few feet to drop it at the edge of the porch! (There was a second guy in the truck too!) So if you are looking for a heavier quality file cabinet, this is not the one!
