The media could not be loaded. I've had a few budget soundbars over the years and this one at £200 when on offer is a bargain. The Dolby Atmos works perfectly and throws the sound to fill the whole room. It cannot complete with a 5.1 setup but it does a really good job with sounds appearing from all sides.No issues connecting the soundbar to a LG TV using the supplied HDMI cable. The sound can be adjusted using the TV remote so no need for the soundbar remote other than setting up the sound preferences. Speech from the TV comes through nice and crisp with no mumbling so you can hear every word spoken. There is enough bass to shake the houses in the rest of the street but you can increase or decrease the bass as you wish.There are crumbles from other reviews about it not being linked to Alexa and it has a basic set up. If your TV has Alexa built in you can still listen to the radio, Spotify and all streaming devices. It also has Bluetooth to connect to your phone etc. Is it a basic set up, yes which makes it simple to use and does a great job. Has the sound bar dropped out, yes but only once in all the time I have used it and I just switched the TV off and on again. Nothing to worry about.Does it make a popping sound, yes sometimes but it is hardly noticeable and it not a deal breaker . All the soundbar is doing changing between Dolby Digital, DTS, Dolby Atmos or DTS:X playback. Watching a movie it will not affect the soundbar, watching lots of different YouTube videos the soundbar will adjust to how the sound is being broadcast and you might just hear a tiny pop.Does the soundbar switch off whilst watching the TV, no. The soundbar switches off when you turn the TV off. Is it a bargain at the £200 price, 100% yes. Will it increase the viewing experience watching a film, yes its like being at the cinema.Will there be another version of the soundbar next year with Alexa built it, more than likely. But that's marketing for you and Amazon will want you to keep upgrading the soundbar for years to come. For the price and quality I have no issues and its a great addition for that home cinema effect when watching a movie.

I’ve never owned a soundbar before, so I don’t have anything to compare this to, but I can confidently say this has transformed my entertainment setup. The sound quality is amazing and has made watching TV so much more immersive. Dialogue is clearer, action scenes are more impactful, and even the smallest sounds come through beautifully.The difference it has made is incredible—I feel like I’m experiencing my favorite shows and movies on a whole new level. Setup was simple, and the sleek design fits perfectly with my space. If you’re on the fence or new to soundbars like I was, I highly recommend giving this one a try. You won’t regret it!

I bought this Amazon Fire Soundbar because of the revue's that I had read, all I can say people reading this is you won't be disappointed the sound if connected with the HDMI arc cable on your TV is great, the surround option does make a big difference I will go as far as to say this soundbar is better than shall I say the B*S* supposed to be top of the range soundbars glad I bought this Amazon Fire Soundbar! I can highly recommend this bar.

What an excellent soundbar! Turn the bass and treble up full and you get excellent Dolby atmos sound which is clear and well balanced. I wasn’t aware this soundbar had Trusound which balances out the high and low, so sound is clear and you’re not constantly adjusting the volume. For day to day, also great, dialogue is clear on everything I watch. Value for money. Just a shame fire Tv isn’t built in, Amazon have missed a trick there.

Even after having used a top name sound bar with our tv this is absolutely brilliant by comparison. Now getting older we struggle to separate the dialogue from the background, and have to turn up the sound way too far which also increases the background, which still makes it difficult to hear the voices! This sound bar has an additional settings button so as to incrementally increase just the dialogue while still retaining all the atmospheric background with a phenomenal base. This has been a game changer for our tv viewing and is highly recommended.

All very easy to set up, but the sound pops and crackles and dips in and out - will be returning to try a replacement.Update: replacement arrived but I still get the green lights regularly flashing with a dip in the sound, as the DTS / Atmos encoding drops in and out. Pops and crackles still evident, endemic of intermittent processing and continuity of the incoming signal from the e-arc port on my Sony Bravia TV, via the included high speed hdmi cable.An intermittent signal and the ensuing pops and crackles can jar and damage the speaker drivers as I understand it.Also; why doesn’t this soundbar come with the sound woofer and rear speakers, as amazon USA includes, albeit for a higher price

Straight out of the box and plugged into my TV, using the supplied HDMI cable, into the dedicated HDMI ARC/eARC port.Was up and running is less than a minute. Sounds is mind-blowing and the voice isolation feature is absolutely astounding. One of my tests for sound is always a Star Wars film, and it didn't disappoint.I've had soundbars before and always been somewhat underwhelmed, but now I know what it's like to have a decent one and I'll not go back to standard TV sound moving forward.

I used with a fire TV - just plugged in using the included HDMI lead and works superbly. I especially like the dialogue feature which makes voices very clear over background music and the night mode which reduces the carry of the bass. Excellent sound quality, brilliant for live sports and movies.
